Unlike Rattata, I do not have a hyper fang.
I can however, cut away.
I have armor, like other Pokemon,
but my bigger self must shed it regularly.

At 10 o'clock I can get a grip.
At 20 o'clock I can fire a beam.
At 30 o'clock I can change my face.
At 129 o'clock I can be found.

Either that Octopus thing that evolves from Remoraid or Omnastar
 
Okay, none of you are right, last hint:

Like Magikarp, I multiply,
but unlike them, I'm not found everywhere.
Like Krabby, I'm as pure as can be,
except I'm in both one and three.
