You might want an Encore when I'm level 31
Using my shell is so much fun
Reverse the digits of my Encore level and get my energy focused well
I think being the first evolution is just swell

This is still a puzzling riddle, but I think, except for the bird part, it's Noivern.

Fly like my other, sting like my mommy and daddy
From super weak to strong I will be
One of my types and egg group is the same
