now a full-grown tree,
my roots are dark,
not that you'll see me,
I live in the shadows,
shifting through them all,
you gave me my stone,
now I'll Leaf Storm you all..."

I think it's Shiftry.

You might want an Encore when I'm level 31
Using my shell is so much fun
Reverse the digits of my Encore level and get my energy focused well
I think being the first evolution is just swell

Of megas you heard
Tooth of a dragon
King of the deep
Destroys the lagan
From darkness will leap

This is still a puzzling riddle, but I think, except for the bird part, it's Noivern.

Fly like my other, sting like my mommy and daddy
From super weak to strong I will be
One of my types and egg group is the same
