Nah, really close though, it's Poliwag. The thing about the stomach changing was referring to the swirl changing direction when it evolves into Poliwhirl.

And your riddle gotta refer to Relicanth, it's brown, black and ancient.

My rival is a stingy bee
I flutter through the air
And I am, as always, free
I rarely pink scales wear
 
Butterfree?

Faster than light,
Chase me on your bike.
Catch me on TV,
I'm a blur of blue.
 
Oh, clever, It's Latios!

Two ways to become, of darkness is born
In deepest of night I shine with my light
Fivehundredtwentyfive holds my bourn

Umbreon of course ^-^ (i hope.... )

Magic room, Fairy lock, I'll never lock you outside,
It's in my collection in which I feel a lot of pride.
Metal sound, Spikes and I'll recycle it all.
I'm a white grey-ish creature, my body's pink and oval.
Foulplay, Imprison, I'll never let you go.
Without you, my collection is incomplete and won't grow.
 
I think that's Klefki? Don't know much about it but I think that sounds right XD

Living on the ocean floor is tough,

I couldn't decide between Cubone of Phantump but I think due to the "forest" part I'll go with Phantump :D

Snorlax! =]

Glistening like a myriad of gems,
the glowing lights in the twilight skies
are reflected on the oceanic bedding,
sparkling in the dark briny depths.
 
I'm really not sure, I'm thinking Chinchou due to the glowing part and the fact that it's in the sea bed (ie you Dive to get it), but also Lumineon sounds like an ok fit... I think I'll go with Chinchou but really not sure XD

Deep below the earth I rest,
Primal, powerful, a legend.

First I was split between Groudon and Heatran but Heatran got orted out by the "primal" part. Groudon I say it is!

Actually it was Aegislash, the stance parts referenced his form change ability :D

I think yours is... Salamence or Altaria? I'm really not sure - the dragon tooth part makes me think it's a Dragon-type whilst the mega part makes me assume it's a mega Pokémon new to ORAS, so it'd have to be one of those... or maybe Rayquaza due to "king"? I'm really not sure but I'm going with Altaria due to the "bird" part!

Once a seed,
