Pokemon Sacred Johto tries to find a balance between a more casual level of difficulty and
at times, a hard difficulty, with key fights being challenging for the best of players, or atleast we aim
for it to be this way.
The team Behind Sacred Johto Is mainly done by ArchyTheArc but recently we've gottan more long term spriters/coders and composer, aswell as testers, using
Pokemon Essentials as a base. However The game has been mostly constantly developing since early 2017.
Gameplay Features

-Three main regions and one side region (in the final game, rn its 1 region upto 2 badges and the side region just upto 1)
-Following Pokemon, aswell as Amie.
-Type Chart adjustments for Normal and Ice.
-Melody typing.
-Turbo feature.
-Multiple Saves feature.
-New Variant like "forms"
-New Megas
-New Forms (like rotom)
-Altered and changed battle mechanics, like weathers or terrains.

Positions Wanted

Now while some roles are filled it wont hurt for more, roles less needed or with people already assisting there/I the leader specialise in, you can still ask to join
under helping with them.
-Tester
We have people already but more testers are vital and having ones on the team Actually get it early and can compare issues/discoveries it saves time
-Balancers
Not sure what the word is but sort of a tester that tested current features/moves/etc. and see if their too OP, not good, or see planned things that would effect
this balance, and see if it'd be OP and how we could make it fair/better.
-Graphical Artists
Artists either to create promosional/teaser art for future events/reveals or the likes of a sugimori or just proper art over sprite depiction of a new pokemon/form.
any kind of artist, that be super high end, ones that can do sugimori, high level pixel artists (more the sense of pixel art over sprites) still enquire and we can see
what you can do to help, as its the presentation of the game here.
-Attack animator NEW!
we dont really have any custom move animations minus that of the primal and mega having the icons, or some transitional ones. this would for sure help the moves stand out and not be the same type based animation all the time,
do wanna note we use EBS not base, but i'm sure we can figure something out if thats an issue.
-Composer
We have one current lead composer, If you were brought on it might be more battle base however they
can do that too, still enquire anyway.
-Spriter
I can do decent levels of spriting and we have a part time with us right now.
-Scripter
I've self taught myself while working on this project but i dont know everything and get stuck now and again
More roles might be added so keep an eye out or just ask!
We arent expecting you to be a full time help to the time, minus the testers/spriters/balancers who would be best to keep a seamless level of gameplay for
players/long term testing, if you can or only want to help part time still enquire, maybe you'll want to stick around after, if not its fine.
