3rd Gen Pokemon Sapphire - unlearning HMs??

Hi all! I've just started playing sapphire again, since pearl/diamond aren't released in my country yet. Now I read that pokemon who have learned HM moves won't be able to transfer. Unfortunately I taught one to my (male) starter Treecko. Is there any way for him to get rid of it? Cause when he learns new moves,they can't replace the HM. =(

Go to Lillycove city and in the house next to the big department store is the move deleter.
