I'm going to be writing a story about what would happen if the villains in the world took over, and who would be rebellious.

I think you forgot said script.

That and you're not supposed to reserve posts, you're supposed to put in finished work.

I suggest reading the FF guidelines as well.

Okay, there's 3 things wrong here.

1.There's no script!
2.If you wanted to announce it you should have done so somewhere in the Writer's Lounge.
3.Only well written script fics with proper description is allowed in the FF&P. We have to meet standards or face the wrath of Astinus.

As the others have said, you can't reserve threads for posting in later. Once you actually have a story to share, then you can post it.

Also, take care when writing script fics, because depending on how well it's written, it might not meet the standards of this section.
