Red - Basketball! He'd look hot in a jersey/dribbling a ball
Green - Either Basketballing with Red, or perhaps in the LiteratureClub :3
Blue - Head Cheerleader for sure.
Yellow - In the school band? Playing something cute, like a flute!
Gold - Soccer!
Silver - He'd be too cool to join a club *brick'd*
Crystal - Soccer as well. Yep, watch out, goal keeper!
Ruby - Drama Society
Sapphire - Lacrosse(sp?) Club. She'd look cute in the team <3
Emerald - An inventor's club. Maybe.

Red; FOOOTBAALLLL!!! It's not a club, but...oh, and I mean American football.
Green; I can somehow see him as a drum major.
Blue; Majorette. Baton twirling is love.
Yellow; Color guard, Key Club, Chess Club, almost everything.
Gold; Football and baseball.
Silver; In bed band with me!
Crystal; Everything academic, including tutoring, math club, band, etc.
Ruby; Self-employed fashion police.

What would you imagine from each character if they were in a sitcom?

What would you imagine from each character if they were in a sitcom?

Red: The nice guy who always gets the short end of the stick. A butt monkey. I know the topic doesn't say anything about comparing them to That '70s Show characters, but I see him as Eric for some reason.
Green: The sole sane man in this madness. Knows crazy schemes aren't going to work out but doesn't do a thing to prevent them because he wants people to learn from their silly mistakes. Either that, or he likes to see them bleed. An Insufferable Genius.
Blue: The flirty fool who focuses more on the outside than in the inside. As have others said, she seems a lot like Jackie to me.
Yellow: The nice girl next door who suffers just as much as Red. The two get along for this exact reason. The Woobie.
Gold: Think Fez and Kelso from That '70s Show. For those who don't watch the show, Fez thinks with his [rooster] and Kelso is the handsome moron. And I got this crazy mental image of Gold standing on top of a car with skiing equipment. So obviously, this guy's Mister Crazy Schemer of Crazy Schemes.
Silver: A seemingly sane guy on the outside, but has plenty of family troubles. Hyde, is that his name? The guy on That '70s Show? Another Woobie, possible Draco in Leather Pants.
Crystal: A smart kiddie, but is very OCD. Everything has to be perfect and predictable, or heads WILL roll.
Ruby: The Ambiguosly Gay man. There are times when it seems like he's attracted to girls, but most of the time acts very...girly.
Sapphire: Wild Child who was probably a monkey in her past life. Very anti-modern and spends most of the time smelling funny.
Emerald: Short round who gets picked on a lot. For this, he's very snarky.
Dia: A living trash compactor who spends most of his time writing comedy sketches with Heterosexual Life Partner Pearl.
Pearl: A short-fused boy who abuses his poor larynx (or whatever you call the voice box. Anyone who's taking Biology, correct me. :<) and spends most of his time writing comedy sketches with Heterosexual Life Partner Pearl.
Platina: Rich girl who isn't as shallow as Blue. Rather, she's fascinated with the commoner's world. Spends most of her time with the Heterosexual Life Partners. A cloudcuckoolander.

Any WTF words like Woobie and Cloudcuckoolander, I picked them up from TvTropes, a bloody awesome web site. They've got a page dedicated to PokeSpe. That's frekking awesome.

Slightly off topic, but today I went to a costume party (dressed as Jack Sparrow, for those who wish to know. a couple of people thought I looked pretty convincing as Mr. Sparrow. I don't know whether to feel complimented or insulted). At the party, they played Thriller, and I got this crazy mental image of Green singing it. Think about it, it'd be pretty funny >:3

What would you imagine from each character if they were in a sitcom?

Red-Nice guy that girl never notices we think they are made for each other until the other girl shows up.
Green-The guy who takes the girl
Blue-The girl that Red thinks he likes
Yellow- The girl Red ends up with

That's all I'm gonna do for now.

System, your ideas for a PokeSpe sitcom are made of serious win. I love TV Tropes, especially their PokeSpe article, so I actually understood all the WTF words you used in your answers. :'D

I'm sorry. :( Things were moving so fast in this thread, and then I got modded, and I got SoulSilver and 358/2 Days...it's a mess. But I'm gonna try to post in here more often so that you're entertained by my responses. :P

What would you imagine from each character if they were in a sitcom?

Red; The main star and funny man.
Green; The best friend...that...ummm...is there.
Blue; The girl best friend that argues with the boy best friend, but we all know they like each other.
Yellow; The girl Mr. Star digs and eventually gets with? ;33
Gold; The pervy comic relief.
Silver; My toy<3 The emo kid of the show.
Crystal; The Urkel of the show, but not as geeky and snorty.
Ruby; The popular snobby guy.
Sapphire; The popular snobby girl.
Emerald and Wally; The henchmen of the snobby guy.
Diamond and Pearl; Not main characters, but just little side stories in the show. They just have crazy antics.
Platina; Even more minor than Dia and Pearl, she just...sometimes gets involved with their antics.
 
aww man... i cant answer the topic... *doesnt know a thing about sitcoms* *doesnt watch tv* but on the subject of pokesupe cosplay, guess who's trying to get their mommy to make a Yellow costume? *the Yellow obsession strikes again! RUN AWAAAAAYYYYY!!!!* and IIRC, yucchan said something about wanting to dress up as Ruby (maybe Saphy) at next summer's anime convention (since i intend to be... yeah i mentioned that already)

those pages on pokesupe were absolute WIN. im lucky me mommy didnt hear me laughing. (school tomorrow + after midnight, yet still awake = NOT. GOOD.)

And yeah, I don't really watch sitcoms too, the only thing I tend to watch is anime D: so this is the topic I'll answer.

Red - .22 Revolvers. Because that'd look hawt.
Green - SNIPER RIFLE ftw. He'd totally be awesomely sniping everyone when they aren't looking 8D
Blue - BAZOOKA nuff' said.
Yellow - Fishing rod of Doom, anyone?
Gold - You can imagine him randomly tossing grenades around, can't you? Oh yes.
Silver - Ninja stars ._.
Crystal - A cool Shotgun. She'd look great <3
Ruby - His sewing kit. Threads, needles, scissors. Time to meet your demise.
Sapphire - Her fangs! 8D
Emerald - Rocket Launcher? Yes.
Diamond - GUNDAM seed/destiny/etc.
Pearl - My knowledge of firearms fails me. So he'll use an old fashioned cannon! Oh yes.
