I like the idea of Lucario and Dia. The Lucario would probably make Dia lose weight by being more active. But then again they could have introduced this when Riley was in DP.

I don't really know what's been going on with the D/P chapter lately. I've only read summaries up to the beginning of the Maylene battle so far. What are the teams now?

Uh, the current DP teams are:
Dia: Torterra, Muchlax
Pearl: Infernape, Chatot
Platina Berlitz: Ponyta and Empoleon

EDIT: This is from Serebii, I haven't been keeping up on DP either with getting all anxious over the end of Emerald, so BaaBaa might be right...

I like the idea of Pearl with a Buizel. :3 That would be cute. I think Pearl and Berlitz really need to get some more Pokemon, since so far, Dia's getting them all. XD And the Glaceon idea is cute, too. :3 Maybe someone could get a Leafeon.

EDIT: I'm pretty sure Dia has a Riolu and a....whatacall them... No....crap, I can't remember what they're called, but he's gotten two more Pokemon, I'm pretty sure.

Really? Where do you find this stuff out? I think I heard something about Dia having like five Pokémon somewhere before...

It would be cool if Pearl could have a Buizel, but doesn't one of the bodyguards already have one? Though I don't think there's anything restricting two characters having the same Pokémon (Pika and Chuchu)... I think Glaceon suits Berlitz pretty nicely for some reason. And Leafeon would probably stregthen a pairing.

It's called TeaShipping, because they have tea together a lot or something like that. :3 Nice name, though.

What Pokemon should be caught next?

Pearl would be great with a Buizel/Floatzel. I think Platina will evolve an Eevee to Glaceon, and one of the boys will have a Leafeon to complement her ... and I keep seeing Pearl with a Luxio/Luxray for some reason.

There are rumors that Dia has a Shieldon and a Riolu ... and a hint that somebody's going to catch a Lickitung here. Click the first link at the bottom (the one with Pikachu's face on it,) and scroll down to the bottom of that page.

I have this weird feeling the DPP characters are going to have a few of the newly evolved Pokemon (Magnezone, Magmortar, Electrivire, etc.) Maybe one of them will catch that Lickitung and evolve it to Lickylicky. :S

• Blue should have a Farfetch'd. And a Growlithe.
• Green is more metrosexual than you think. He has a thing for purple. I can get the sweater... but purple pants?!
• When Sabrina and Morty would have a relationship, it would always be awkardly quiet. Speaking is for ordinary people. They'd just use telepathy. But what thought they'd have...
• One of the -rare- moments I could shoot Green was when I arrested Silver. And when he called Red a coward in FRLG. He does have a habit of ruining potentional great moment. He makes up for it by giving me fan girl moments. Yes.
• I wanna know what kind of shampoo Yellow uses. Her hair is so shiny :3
• Will Lance ever come back?
• Will there ever be a kiss in the manga?
• Why can't the release of the English volume 28 be scheduled earlier?

Diamond (Dia) is the male main character. Pearl is the rival. The female main character was originally called Berlitz, since her first name was supposed to be the third DP game (Platinum), but now that it's out her first name is officially Platina.

Yep... as of the most recent arc, Ruby's 12, Sapphire's 11 (Ruby's older because the Emerald saga takes place sometime between their birthdays), and Gold, Silver & Crystal are all 13. Diamond, Pearl and Platina are all 12, currently. Red, Green, and Blue are 16, and Yellow is 14.

What pokemon should they catch next?
Before I start, let me clarify some things....
- Diamond DID NOT catch Riolu... :(
- Diamond had a Shieldon, given to him by Byron. (It didn't like Byron, so it wanted to go with Dia. And Dia named the Shieldon, Puu. )
- In the recent Plot Discussion, there is a picture of Diamond and his pokemon eating rice cakes en route to Lake Verity. In that picture, there's a shadowy figure following Dia. When Dia reaches out to eat some more rice cakes, he finds that they're all gone. Meanwhile, behind a tree, a Lickitung is still following him.

More than likely, Dia might catch that Lickitung.

Also, with the updated Sinnoh Dex in Platinum, more pokemon are available to them.

Another observation:
I noticed that some of the trainers in PokeSpe end up catching the pokemon that stalk them....

Red- Snorlax.........well, actually, it chased after him.
Yellow- Caterpie followed her all the way to.....wherever she was training.
Gold- I think Sunkern......
Ruby- Feebas. It kept jumping out of the water to be with him.
Emerald- Sudowoodo and Dusklops followed him to Artisan's Cave.

Yes, Dia did find Riolu and Steelix, but Steelix stays on Iron Island and Riolu goes with Riley.
