Did anyone else notice that Ruby loses the black shading on the "brim" of his hat during the R/S saga? But he gets a light grey shading in the Emerald

Mm-hm. In R/S, Ruby and Sapphire wear their original outfits, from the Ruby and Sapphire games. Later, after the whole Grumpig fiasco, Ruby makes them new outfits (the green-and-orange ones from Emerald Version.) And in Emerald, they show up wearing clothes they never had in the games - red for Ruby, blue for Sapphire.

Also, remember that Theme Song topic? Yeah, well, I found a site with a bunch of songs from the Japanese Digimon anime, and a lot would be great for PokeSpecial. Browse around...

Aqua, (or Sunny? Which one should I call you now? xD;) I haven't heard any of those songs except for "Butter-fly" 'cuz it's part of the Nico Nico Medley. It'd be kinda weird if they used a song from Digimon for a Pokemon anime, but aside from that I think they'd work really well. 8D
"The Biggest Dreamer" sounds like a good opening for the R/G/B arc. :3

The manga captures the pokemon games perfectly, but not all the activities in the game are mentioned in the manga. If you can put in a bonus story based off of one of those activities, what will it be?

Well, for me, a good bonus story would be Gold, Crys, and Silver going to the National Park place (it's somewhere near Goldenrod City) and participating in the bug catching contests.

I was always under the impression that the Viridian Powers thing happened every ten years. And, I thought Giovanni had the powers, but like everyone is saying, they never did anything with it (If Lance is calling him "one of us" then it makes me 75% sure he has powers) XD.

Yellow – The sweetest sophomore girl ever, Yellow is easily liable to being put under peer pressure, thus making her a target for any bully in school. She seems to be one of Blue's special friends, and her history teacher, Mr. Lance, seems to have his eye on her. But I can assure you Lance is no pedophile. Honestly.

And for some of the more minor battles, the battle theme from Ocarina of Time.
