I hope the manga remake doesn't start with Silver stealing a Pokemon. D: That would completely undo all the characterization he's gotten over the last few arcs.
 
well i hope we get new stuff and new areas to explore and that the manga is great. ummmm and levard can you plz tell me who in the manga i'm bashing is not my fault that i name the rival in GSC Silver when i was 9 years old and you do beat him a lot so i'm not bashing the manga character

I'm kinda hoping all the character's outfits changed ^.^
(though as Sir stated before, it doesn't look like Silver's changed much :c -sads- )

oh well, I can't draw decent looking people anyways xD

Oh nice.

Hm, for some reason, I can imagine Silver and Gold having a battle at the beggining of the arc, and maybe, they'll showcase any new pokemon they have.
 
I saw the ingame sprites as well as the ones on serebii and I think that they is really no telling, unless we see the artwork on whether the game characters are wearing new clothes or not. It probably seems that way because the game developers might have made them wear the same color of clothes and I would find it odd if the game developers did not change their clothes from the original games.

They did for Fire Red and Leaf Green. I don't find it off that they would change their clothing for Heart Gold and Soul Silver as well.

I think they at least changed Gold's hat. His hat definitely did not look like a Ultra Ball in the original. XD;;;

The Gender Bender PokeSpe art is spiffy. :3 -likes the first one on Red's and... all of them look pretty much amazing. XP-

One of my favourites in the GenBen series are definitely Green and Red.

It doesn't matter if you bash a game or a manga character. Bashing in general is not allowed since all PC rules do apply here.
Also batteling the game rival is fine, but coming up with "kicking his ass" is not the right way to say it. Like nobody would say something like that about the RS rival. o.o Who's manga counterpart is supposed to be Green.
And why's Silver hiding behind the mailbox?! XD

*shrug* We changed it from a contest into a "show-the-characters-in-new-design" thingy. So you can still come up with stuff. XD

I assume you meant the RGBY and the FRLG rival, but I came across a fanfic on fanfiction.net were the author was saying something similar to that and one of the reviewers was bashing the rival of those games.

Sorry I haven't been on here as usual. Started Platinum yesterday and I'm working on a massive project on the Pokemon games in my free time.

To summarize what I want to say on the news so far: I think it's early to tell what the new designs will be. We may have to wait on the CoroCoro leaks later this week.

Funny designs, though. Masa, yours looks very cute.
