I really do not see the big deal if Silver changed hairstyle in the manga if it is his official game counterpart artwork then did change hairstyle and in that sprite you can see his hair appears to be short. I am basing the appearance on the artwork because somtimes the sprites are not a clear description on the character. You just have accept to the change. Things cannot stay the same forever. To me most of you only seem to like Silver both the game and Special character solely because of there long hair which to me is akin to admiring someone just because of their popularity, wealth, or fame.

Now I would like to see Silver's Sneasel evolve into a Weavil or Murkrow evolving into a Honchkrow. I wouldn't mind seeing Ataro involving into an Ambipom. Since it is said that Crys caught every Pokemon from Kanto, Johto, and Hoenn means that she could have any of those Pokemon in her active party and any of them involve. I do not want Pichu to evolve or Togetaro though, but it is up to the writers if they decide to do so.

The HGSS news made me so happy, so what do you think will happen based on the news we got on June 15th?

I have no problem with the Jotho Trio's Pokemon evolving, plus Shiru-kun's(Silver's) evolved Honchkrow and Weavile will both look real bad@$$, not to mention Ambipom is cute. And Shiru-kun's new hair also looks cute!

Anyways... I'm one chapter away from being halfway through the first arc! Bill's accent shar is funneh! It's 'ven funniar 'cuz he ain't know that it's really thunk, not thought!

Okay, bad Bill imitation aside(see, I even used the accent?!), It's also funny to see Red pwned by an Eevee, and also how he is maturing and becoming a better trainer, too.

Also, speaking of games, Masa is currently playing as Red in her LeafGreen version. It's a lot harder than she thought, 'coz most of Red's Pokemon are obtained later in the game. Like Aero and Lax and even Poli. :x

Oh yeah, Giovanni's sickness... that made me puzzled, since it was the only time it was mentioned. It made me think of cancer or something. :/

You had a shiny Vaporeon? Zomg, talk about rare O_o That beats my Clefairy by far. I mean, you get only one Eevee in the game... But anyway. Red's team > Blue's team. (Do not try. It ANNOYS me. In the manga, a team of pink fluffy Pokemon is much more creative than in the game, where the lack of types gives you a serious headache. And I wish Jigglypuff could actually fly in the games. *headdesk*)


There'll be evolutions in the Johto arc for sure. Silver's Murkrow, Sneasel... but I don't like the idea of them evolving, actually. Okay, Weavile is pretty epic. But those Pokemon just belong with Silver, you know, since his childhood, and I'm so used to the idea of Silver flying with his Murkrow.. <3

Well, Giovanni's illness was implied other places too. Like when he keels over from pain and coughing. That's somewhere. I'll find it when I get home.
But, you know what always bugged me? I could have sworn that somewhere, Blue said that they called Silver Silver because of his eyes, and that SHE'S the one who sewed his name to the 'kerchief. There's even a little (tiny) panel of her doing so.
And then Giovanni pops tells us it's his given name, and HE'S the one that gave him the 'kerchief.
Poor Silver. xD No wonder he's confused. Even I am.
For the HG/SS arc, I'm kind of hoping their pokemon don't evolve, but I know that's not reasonable. Knowing Gold, Ataro will evolve, and knowing Silver by the time we get to the HG/SS Arc, one of his two able to evolve will already be... evolved.
