At the end of GSC, they do get sent back more than three years, because it was when Pryce was young and when Glacier had just been born. Unless you're trying to say that Pryce aged very quickly because of mental shock, but the Daycare Couple, Oak, Agatha, and Kurt all prove that more than that much time has passed. To heck with it, Green probably wasn't born back when Pryce lost his Lapras.

Sunny's theory sounds good. Maybe some other villain (*side glances at Sird*) finds out what happened in the time vortex and tries to alter what happened three years ago. I think that, if they do succeed to a certain point, it could be a liable excuse in bringing Pryce back. If Pryce is still the Mahogany Leader, Pokespe can't just ignore that gap. So, if Pryce was saved by some...outer force (*again looks at Sird and the warped space behind her in Emerald*), he could still be alive, but the Dex Holders don't know it. The main problem with this is that his heart melted, so I don't think he'd be a villain any more...

Besides, Gold should hurry up and explain what happened in the vortex afterward. 8D Serebii has to have something to do with it, and seeing as time and space go hand in hand--ARGH, no, I brought the concept back when I locked it away! >.< *Clutches at head*

No it is not a big deal but I have to disagree with you about all of the characters designs basic actually being the same because Sabrina and Morty designs are very different from there original design unlike some others.

*crosses arms* Judging by what we see in the games, that's what will happen in the manga. And the "new girl better be Crystal" is an old argument at this point so please drop it. It is confirmed this girl is not Crystal, and she is a new character a.k.a. "Kotone".

The games and Pokemon Special are two seperate canons not one unique continuity. Not every canon follows the original story and that goes and I know some insistents where the alter canons did not follow the original in other franchises such as the character being a seperate characters in the original canon but different character in other canon. So what if the Crystal girl is replaced she they were just avatars with no personality so was GSC boy. Crystal meaning the Pokemon Special character has occassionally been depict with brown hair of three different shades and her PokeGear is pink so she would not mind having a pink Pokedex or a PokeGear with pink in it. Hibiki could be a new character that was heavily based off the GSC boy as well because and there is no evidence that he is the GSC boy. People can look identical and the similar to people and be a different person in both fiction and real life. To tell you the truth the GSC protagonist and rival was not that important compared to Red and Green who appear in the sequel to Pocket Monsters Red and Green which was Pocket Monsters Gold and Silver so it probably would not matter for the Gamefreak to replace them and make reincarnations of them. I see the Pokedex holders in Special as a human forms of the game versions and represents them. Of course I do not consider anything that happens in this manga to be canon to the games at all.

all of the kanto gym leaders look awesome i wanna read it right now so some one kidnap the author and artist and lets make them do it now but i'm wandering if Red,Green and Blue will be at there 20 seeing that maybe Gold,Silver and Crystal will be 16 in this manga arc well only the author knows

On the character designs, now that I've actually seen them...

Morty does actually look kind of cool(er) with that scarf of his. It's still a large jump from the outfit changes.

It's not that Sabrina looks terrible, it's just that she doesn't look like herself. I probably wouldn't have known if it was her if I wasn't told it was her.

I don't know why everyone's hating on the new Misty sprite, I think she looks all right. And now that one mentions it, Green doesn't look terrible either. Then again, I'm not too big on him -stabbed-

Surge's overworld sprite looks cooler than his battle sprite (it bothers me for some reason, his hair looks somewhat off).

OMG I WANT PRYCE'S OUTFIT! It's definitely better than his GSC outfit.

Tuxedo Man Will looks somewhat hot.

Yay, Koga! -claps hands- He hasn't changed too much, still the same ninja outfit with a different touches here and there and knee pads.

I'm pretty sure Karen can turn me lesbian if she had the chance, and Bruno looks relatively the same, he's still running around shirtless.

Wow...Brock...looks a bit bishonen.

And Lance does look like a red-haired Cyrus O_O

Based on the new designs and old designs, which would you rather see characters wear in the HG/SS arc, assuming we get one?

I wouldn't mind seeing all the characters wear their new outfits. Sabrina's might need some tweaking, but...

Since all sixteen gym leaders appear at the Fighting Johto in the remakes the writers are most likely going to have to find someway to bring Pryce. So your idea could be a good explanation of how he could be brought back to the present.

Sabrina could possibly get a makeover if she appears in the HGSS arc though the writers have slightly tweak characters outfit before.

I don't think they get send back. They didnt get send back for firered and leafgreen arc either. I think the arc will be like frlg arc no gym challenges or similar so the neccessity for pryce to appear falls to 0)

Okay, let me get this straight. The NE Pichu time travelled with Celebi, which is how it came to be in Ilex forest. This is also why it won't evolve and why you can't trade it to other games. And who came up with this explanation? Why, Professor Oak, of course!

OMGAAAAAH. That must mean that Oak begins to research time travel extensively in HG/SS, right? And that would mean the NE Pichu appears, right? And then, and then...MAYBE WE COULD FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED TO GOLD IN THE TIMESTREAM. Oh Mew, with this and Silver's time travel backstory, I'm sensing some very epic moments in the coming arc. Not that we didn't know that already. XD

Oh, I'm glad that Togepi knows a good move. It was so useless in Platinum that I had to teach it Fly once it was a Togetic. I even remember in Gold I had to teach Togepi Headbutt. I think I'll do that again this time. :P
