Now that...I can look at that...work of art with slight sanity, I have to comment on it. Ambipom...well, we all knew it was going to happen eventually...hopefully Aitaro will cure the Ambipom stereotypes.

As for the preview itself, I had a thought. That Pokemon in shadows...what if it's Giratina? I mean, it looks like Gold and co. are in a kind of ruin area...what if that's the Shinto ruins from HG/SS? If it is, that would make sense, since Gold's ability is the Breeder. If Elm has been doing more research on the subject and discovered it, it would be logical to send Gold in for a mission and not Crys or Silver, who are (though I hate to admit it) stronger then him, and if he accidentally activated the ritual, it would explain his reaction. Plus, Gold was checking his Pokedex (which was upgraded, horay!). Now...for more waiting...and info...and action...<3

Also, <3 at the little narration at the end. "Battle with your heart! Battle with your soul!" Remake reference for the win! <3333

If Aitaro already evolved, then I suppose Silver's Sneasel will too. IMO, Silver with Weavile would be really cool.

I-is that freaking Giratina? WHAT IS GOLD DOING IN SINNOH... Well, I could be wrong, yeah. But that also sort of links Platinum and Heart Gold/Soul Silver. I mean, if the Battle Frontier makes an appearance in the HG/SS arc, that would link these guys a lot.

I'm guessing any of the Johto and Kanto dex holders who have a pokemon that has a Gen IV evolution will probably evolve, like Green's Rhydon. Even Giovanni mentioned (in his book at least) that Rhydon can probably evolve again.

Ok Giratina really? that is the Shinto ruins Giratina will make a apperance in the end of DP and Platinum in Hg SS will be God.So that means that Gold might be fighting God with Ambipom cool. That means Silver will have Weavile and Honchkrow and Togetaro being in there means Togekiss in the future=D

I don't think that thing is Giratina, but Arceus instead. It makes a lot more sense that way since the Shinto Ruins event can't be activated without him and the fact the Platinum arc already revolves around Giratina. Plus, the HGSS arc is the only arc Arceus

Ah, hello. I've been reading PokeSpe since a few years ago, and I'd like to say that it's been a favorite of mine since then, even though I don't really admit it to any of my peers /:

I'm not who can contribute much to the fanbase, since I can't translate, produce any fanarts, nor have I written any fic(I'll try, someday). Even so, I'd very much like to be part of the fanbase despite my shortcomings as a proclaimed fan anyway :pink_blush:

Thanks for another translation, Kaulitz <3 The comic is twice as cute when you actually understand what it's saying. And I'm sitting on the fence about E4!Lance and Rocket!Lance, would be weird to change Rocket!Lance's name because its sort of a canon name, isn't it? Then again, I am on the crowded and lovely boat that is wishing for E4!Lance to make an epic comeback/reappearance. Would be awesome imo.

And the HGSS art is the love/win/bbq sauce.

Gold and Silver look like 52 flavours of fabulous in the art, and in the scans Clover posted (thanks =D), Gold and his team look too hawt and ready for a great arc <33 Not too keen on Aitaro evovling, but we all knew it had to happen. Though getting to see Silver with Weavile does redeem the factor of the new DPPt evolutions quite a bit. Seeing the two page preview made me realise how much I miss seeing Gold's team in action ;_; It's not everyday you get to see a Togetic/Sunflora/Sudowoodo kick ass. BUT WAH, Mantaro and his cute little Remoraid gang are in the box nao. So flying Gold is out of the question for now. Anyway, the dark ominous, shadow of whatever does look like Giratina. Would be excited to see the Platinum Arc and HGSS Arc linked in someway. And battle with your heart, battle with your soul, ftw!

Still, I myself am going to have to get used to it, since I don't really like it's evolution myself. :/ But I guess this means that the chances of Silver's team evolving (Sneasel --> Weavile and Murkrow --> Honchcrow) are greater. Along with Green's Rhydon evolving (which most likely will happen since he did say at the end of the FRLG arc about Rhydon being able to evolve further. IDK what the little ghost thingie will be, but -shrugs-. We'll just have to see when the time comes, right? :D

I was gonna wait until I have all the volumes finished to join this club, but I just saw those news today and need to give my opinion. I LOVED GOLD'S AMBIPOM! Can't wait to see Togetaro evolve asap! Silver's Honchkrow and Weavile are in my thoughts too, although they don't evolve in HGSS Versions.

Gold is a Breeder, so I hope his Mantine and Sudowoodo breed and Gold will maybe give a Mantyke and a Bonsly to Kotone. On a more on-topic note, regarding the illustration under the Author's Note column, my favourite would be the one in Volume 17, with Kusaka(electrode) bouncing off swalot Yamamoto. Latias looked pretty in the illustrations she appeared, heh.

Hm, that's difficult. From the RS arc on, they're all nice! :D I liked the one with Deoxys, but even more so with Latias. I think I'm going for the last one therefore, volume 31; how Latias (well, the girl...) is singing and Swalot and Electrode are completely heart-eyed. Haha <3

But anyway, I think the auhor's notes are a great personal touch. I always enjoy reading them, especially Yamamoto's. :3
