Meh, that is why i said or something. Okay, what pokemon does Emerald does Emerald give up in the batle factory and why is this choice strange. Also, what does he give it up for?

For this, Emerald gives up a Slaking for.... I don't know (maybe an Amphros?). It is strange because Slaking is powerful and the Pokemon he was trading it for was weak?

Interesting couple, but kinda wierd. Also Ybur_Angel, They did say how he got Cacturne and Roselia, however, you got the full point, since you obviously know alot. My next question is for Hotaru: Name every pokemon Emerald used in the Battle Factory? BONUS: WHy did Crystal dispatch her friend Emerald to the Battle Fronteir?

Niah...the reason,what I've heard anyway.
It was Coronis who named her Shelly.
The reason why he named her Shelly is cause',she's in the Aqua Team called SSS right?So well,he decided to name them all..Amber(Sean)Ark(Matts)
Yeah,the letter 's' is in all their names.Chuangyi,when they translated,they changed the names into Angie,Amber and Ark.
Also,there's actually an Admin named Shelly in the game,so....
Though,I wonder why he choose to name Ark,Matts.
I shall try to look that up and check back later.^^

No, there are different versions, and the Admins names very depeding on the version you are reading.

Oo Yeah, it's very stupid and confusing...could they have not just use the Japanese names, and not translate them?

The main reason why they changed the names was cause the Japanese names couldn't be pronounced by a few people.XD
Then,Coronis went and gave them english names,and when Chuangyi translated,they also gave the chars their own names.
Yes,its really confusing on which name to use.
Maybe we just use the names we like,no?XD

XD I don't care about the pronunciation, as long as I can read them and tell them apart. XD
Similiar problem with Green and Blue. I can understand that the names were switched because Green was never released outside Japan, but it's still confusing. (Even more confusing for me...Red is really named "Ash" in German and Green is "Gary"...><;;;;;;;)
