He means the larger known Pokemon Manga. There is a Manga Section in one of the forums, but ya. I dunno, I don't think it needs its own section.

It's a subforum right here in Pokemon General, but it's not really active though. There is discussion relating to Pokemon Special over there.

And yes, XanderO is right. It doesn't warrant its own section cos we already have the Pokemon Manga & Comics subforum.
