    Introduction

    ​
    Yo, everyone. It is, the [in]famous, Murder. This is a journey style RP. It is in a new region, the Takoyu region. (Pronounced: Tuh-Koe-Yuu) It has pogemans from all regions and all places like that.

    Plot

    ​
    The Takoyu region, a vast region filled with various assorments of pokemon, weather and land. You will trek across great meadows and deserts, scale the tallest mountains and descend upon the deepest valleys. The diverse climate has attracted every single spieces of pokemon, some more abundant than others. Even legenedary pokemon are said to be seen here. The wasn't very populated in the beginning, but that soon changed due to it's beauty and the abundance of pokemon. Still though, it has the least population of out the major regions(Kanto, Johto, Hoenn, Sinnoh). However, in the far outreaches of this land lies something vile and and sinister. A scientist has created a large and powerful force. The man's name is Jeremy Dawson, and he has started an organization known as the Vanguard.

    At first his experiments were low-key, and kept in far-out frozen wastelands, the temperature helped his machine's run. He is a cruel man, and only cares about himself, some say he is as cold as the frigid environment that he lives in. He is mutating pokémon, they will have attacks that you wouldn't expect, their natural effective moves might not work as well. (I.E. Charizard turned into an Ice Charizard, water won't do much anymore.) However, it takes a lot of resources so only him and those two rank below them have them. However, they only have one mutated one whereas Dawson has more than a full team. Nobody knows of these mutations, as he has kept them under wraps. They think he just some loony, and ignore him. They won't ignore him anymore, he is launching his army and plans to capture the whole of Takoyu.


    The League

    ​
    The Takoyu region's league differs from the other leagues, it is more closely related to the Orange league. They have you qualify for the battles by doing things, some don't even battle. There is also more than eight gyms, not all of them are located in cities either. You need all twelve badges to enter the league to go for the championship; because of this Takoyu region trainers are said to be stronger.


    The Festival

    ​
    There are eight ribbons needed to enter the Grand Festival. Eight. Coordinators are said to be skilled far beyond those that only need five ribbons. Also, the eigth ribbon can only be earned if you have all the other seven ribbons. You must go all the way back across the region just to get the ribbon, and maybe stop and compete in the contests again, maybe not. Other than that, they don't differ much.


    Rules



    • Keep a good literacy level, that means use proper spelling, grammar, and write out your actions. You can have mistakes, just not every word/phrase can be one. Also, try to proofread you work
    • No godmodding, you are not god, I am god. No metagaming, you do not have a giant pulverize cannon strapped on your back to shoot at everyone who beats you, you do not pass go, you do not collect 200 dollars.
    • Be active, I want a post atleast every three days, on the otherside, don't carry the role play, don't post after ever other post.
    • NO Mary/Gary-Sues/Stus. Just no, nor form of them either.
    • Only join if you will stay to it, once/if you drop out you won't come back. Ahem! This rule isn't over yet, if your drop out, you also *won't* wake-up ten feet underground.. I mean sheese, dig ten feet? I'd get horribly sweaty.
    • A maximum of five role players, I normally like seven as a good amount, but not this time.

    Game Info

    Catching
    You cannot catch legendaries, at least not yet, and possibly never. If you want to catch a pokemon, you end your post with the pall closing around the pokemon. Then, depending on the quality of post and how interesting it is and what not, I will decide its statistics. The level, nature, shinyness(If you don't want shinyness, then say so)

    Items and Exp
    Exp will given in a system like catching, the better the post, the more exp. If you want an item, you have to tell me before hand so I can see if it reasonable, okie?

    Name: Jack Gray

    Age: 14

    Gender: Male

    Appearance: Jack has black hair styled in a fauxhawk manner. He has little facial hair, which mainly consist of his small mustache. He is very muscular and that shows when he takes off his Blue jacket. Under the Blue Jacket is a plain white tee shirt. Jack wears straight blue jeans and wears a pair of black shoes with a white lining He also has a Red pendant around his neck, which was given to him by his mother. He is 5foot 3inches and weighs 127lb.

    Personality: Jack is a person who feels that he should always be correct and when proven wrong Jack gets pouty and upset. When in battle Jack changes into a tactician on the battlefield and tries to calculate every possibility before he makes a move. Jack is a total and complete hothead but he knows when he is beaten and has a lot of respect for good trainers.

    Jack also has a lot of respect for his elders and always tries to learn from their wisdom. Jack always tries to better himself through past performances and will learn from his mistakes no matter how small or large. Jack breaks under outside battle problems and may choke if he is put on the spot. Jack would never shy away from battle but would have to take many things into consideration first.

    History: Jack's mother always taught him to be kind person and his father always taught him to be the best at anything he does and try his best to succeed. His father pushed Jack towards Pokémon at an early age but his mother was not happy with the idea that her baby may get hurt.

    Because of that Jack studied long hard until the day he was to become a trainer.
    Where as Jack was the youngest member of his family he always felt left out so he tried his best to stand out from his older brothers.

    Age: 16

    Gender: Male

    Appearance: Will is fairly tall about 6'1" and has a muscular build. His chest has a massive scar across it, a remnant of a plane crash, he also has a small cut on his cheek. He has some pale spikey blonde hair, and green eyes.

    Personality: He only cares about himself and Dark type Pokemon. He is incredibly inteligent and well built. He doesn't understand others thinking they're ideas are better than his. He simply cannot relate to other people, but hates solitude, since he loves to show off. Most people just call him a scociopath.

    History: He was born on pacifidlog town the son of elite four Sydney. There were only a few kids on the rafts there, and Will often felt alone, leading him to start his decent to only caring about himself. When he moved to evergrade city after his father's elite four enduction, his father was constantly busy, and his mother wasn't willing to leave pacifidlog, splitting up his parents. When he got older he joined a prestigios academy, and was trapped on a desert island after a plane crash, barely surviving the experience.

    So Ninetails was right Shade thought Latias is desprate. Shade knew plenty about Latias, but explaining it to a obsessed Umbreon, only makes a problem worse " So you saw som sort of red and white dragon," Shade said is as believable a fake supprised voice as he could, " I've never heard of such a thing."

    Suddenly a blue blur shot by Latios... Dang, this isn't good. Shade thought.

    Seconds later Latios stopped in front of the rocket launch site, eyes transfixed on the rocket. Suddenly, Shades skullblade glowed, "Ok peaceful walk, is over, we're going to inspect the rocket, " this couldn't be good, something in the rocket was suppressing his ability to sense danger. Throwing caution to the wind Shade sprinted to the rocket loading dock.

    Name: Angela Patterson
    Age: 16
    Gender: Female

    Appearance: Angela has light brown skin and stands abruptly five feet four inches inches, her eyes are a deep hazel and she has dark brown hair falling to the middle of her shoulders. For casual attire, she wears a long sleeved light purple zip-up hoodie and under it is a short sleeved off one shoulder green top that stops just above her naval along with snug but baggy khaki cargo pants littered with deep pockets, the outfit is topped off with some white and black sneakers, a worn looking green cap, which once belonged to her father, she also has a pair of purple head phones that hang loosely around her neck and a set of piercings, two in both ears and one in her belly button.

    Personality: Angela is very laid back and mellow, very absentminded and forgetful as well, she is also rebellious, a trait her mother was known for. She's blunt and never thinks about what she says and sometimes she winds up saying the wrong thing, a bit awkward when it comes to comforting people. She's a slacker and doesn't pay much attention to most things and is extremely quick to anger, she loathes perverts and haughty people and has a soft spot for kids, due to the fact that she is an only child, she sometimes wishes she had a younger sibling.

    History: Angela, for as long as she could remember... has always dreamed of becoming a Pokémon Trainer, she was smitten by the thrill of adventure and harsh trials trainers faced. She may be a slacker and a lazyass but she loves adventure and danger... to a certain extent anyway. Angela is the only child and lives with her father, who can't seem to control his little girl who is no longer little anymore, when Angela was younger she had a very strong bond with her father, but that all changed once her mother passed. Following the death of her mother, Angela had become distant from her father and the close bond they once shared had shattered, she became rebellious and refused to listen, becoming more laid back and semi-depressive, the happy light once found in her eyes dying.

    Eventually after a couple of years to grieve, Angela got over it and decided that since she was old enough, she'd start her own journey, anything to keep her away from home and the constant reminders of her mother (her father refused to get rid of any of her mom's things and it annoyed her to no end.) They aren't as close as they used to be, but their about as close as they can get he had objected to her traveling off to lord knows where with just a Pokémon, but he knew deep in his heart he couldn't stop her, for he was just like her at this age, so he let her go and even though she and her dad don't get along, he presented her with his old traveling cap when they finalized the decision Angela took the cap with a smile and promised to wear it proudly.

    Name: Kentia "Kenny" Henderson

    Age: 16

    Appearance:

    Kenita is a dark skinned young lady who stands up at about 5 ft 1 in which is quite short for her age. She doesn't like to stick to the pink that most girls where. She wears a white long sleeve dress shirt with a yellow skirt. Kentia has on a pair of white toed yellow boots on top of a pair of long white socks. Her hair is long and silky black which gives her much pride and joy. She usually carries a nice sized yellow and white back pack which contains extra sets of cloths and even her winter wear. For the colder areas she throws on a yellow beanie with a white pokeball shaped mark on the front. She also has a coat that is white and threaded with yellow thread. The coat covers up her white top but still exposes he long yellow skirt but she keeps the boots she wears on with her normal clothes.

    Personality:

    Kentia is a kindhearted girl who likes to see other people faces light up with smiles. She likes to help out others whenever she can but she knows that she has to be careful since there are plenty of people who will take advantage of her personality. She is also a little bit clumsy and it shows when she hangs out with other people. She is reliable and tries to finish a task that is given to her but she does not let that job stop her from having fun. Growing up Kentia never really had many human friends but had plenty of pokemon ones. It takes some time to get use to people but she is very respectful to everyone she meets. When first meeting people she tries to keep things at more of a business like relationship.

    History:

    Kentia was full of life from the day she was born. Both of her parents stayed in her life. Her mom would leave from time to time to visit her family members in other regions. Kentia's dad would bring home pokemon and take care of them until they were strong enough on there own. Kentia developed a great relationship with pokemon from always being around them. Kentia seemed to have learned how to become friends with pokemon really fast but when she met people that there parent brought home she would hide behind her fathers leg and wait til she could get some kind of a vibe of how they are. Spending alot of time with her father she noticed that he was not always happy. She found out that her dad always wanted to travel the world to become a pokemon breeder but he had to stay home with Kenita since her mom was always visiting other family members and different people. Kentia saw that she needed to help her dad with his dream by becoming a great trainer by traveling the world and catching pokemon to send back to her dad to take care of. She thought she could help him live his dreams through her. Kentia started packing her things getting ready to leave the house for the adventure of a life time.

     Appearance:
    Tall for her age, standing at about 1.73m, Angelique is very unique in appearance. Crimson eyes and completely white hair in her youth marks her as an albino. She prefers to wear a long, double tailed black aristocrat coat. She also wears inside a long sleeve, silver, collar shirt and a maroon wide rimmed hat with Honchkrow feathers. She also wears silver riding pants and a pair of maroon stiletto boots.

    Personality:
    Angelique had always been known to her classmates as the girl who had mental issues. Though she isn't quick to anger, it wasn't good to     annoy her as she tended to hold a grudge. She is a quiet person overall though, speaking only when she thinks that it is time to. Angelique is ambitious, always accomplishing what she set out to do and loyal to the people whom she trust. She believes that all living things were created to survive but looks down at the people who resort to excessive lying and trickery just to gain power for which they have no use for.
    History:
     Born into a rich family in Johto, Angelique's parents decided to move after her little brother had finally been born. She comes from a rich family and is the third oldest. She is the only girl in a long line of brothers and her relatives adore her. Angelique has 5 brothers, The oldest, Kyle, is her favourite. She spent most of her life surrounded by the pokemon that belonged to the household and so is familiar with them but unfortunately, due to this, Angelique is uncomfortable around humans sometimes. When she was sent to school, Angelique was a model student, gaining straight A's the entire way through and living the perfect life. Then, one day, she came across a wounded pidgey near her home. Once she took it home, examined it and restored it back to health, she found out that the pidgey had slightly changed, where once it had been a normal/flying type, it was now a water/flying type. Intrigued by this new discovery, she decided to set off and see where this new change had come from.

     Tandra sighed, "what to do, what to do?" she mumbled to herself. In front of her, layed on the ground, was a map revealing the location of Cresselia.
     Currently, she was atop Mt Coronet and had just finished listening to Arceus talk about the ongoings of the people hunting the legendaries and where they were. Apparently, the closest one right now was at the bottom of mt coronet. It was close indeed for sure but the number of people that were on the mountain did not appeal to her very much. Moltres was the next closest legendary but once again, it being near a town, she did not wish to draw attention to herself by proclaiming she was hunting for a legendary in that area. Groudon was unfortunately, located in an area, she did not want to go to. return cave, to her, was a maze of turning corridors that she did not like. So, in the end, Cresselia seemed the only choice left. She rolled up the map and hurrily placed it in her bag to protect it from the wind that was starting to flow quite harshly across the top of the mountain. She stood up and eyed the other trainers that were still around preparing, having chosen their own legendaries to catch. 'There's no use in talking when i have nothing to say' she thought. She stepped towards the edge, by power, if she had wings and jumped off at exactly the right moment, she would manage to catch a breeze and lift off. She unlatched a pokeball from her belt, "Go Treilk!" An abnormally large Honchkrow popped out of the pokeball. She climbed aboard it, "when I say go, lift off okay Treilk?" she asked it soothingly. "krroooww!!!" it replied. She watched the wind steadily, and then, there was suddenly a warm updraft, "ok, ready? 1...2...3...GO!" she called out. Treilk swooped down towards the ground, flapping hysterically as he tried to create lift. Abruptingly lowering a bit, Treilk steadied himself and spread his wings out more. "Honchkrow!" it called out. Tandra seated herself more properly, adjusting to the height and the flapping wings by her legs. "Well, that was okay for a start of a hunting spree" she convinced herself. Treilk nodded, as they sailed off towards snowpoint city.
