Isn't there anyway where we Play our favorte card game ONLINE!!!:knockedou

get a team together and design one? Or wait till Nintendo realises that it would be feasible to design one...

I believe you can get apprentice patches to play it... check Apprentice on pojos.

Say what? I don't get it... go to pojo dot com and so on? Ok... *I doubt this'll work*

Theres apprentice, a TCG simulator for magic but the Pokemon patch adds text version of the cards. It requires practice but the majority of players use this.

There's also Redshark, another sim that uses actual images of the card. It's somewhat new, but it looks interesting. Both can be found on the Pokebeach website.

So how often do everyone play this Redshark program?:\

Not many people, I don't think. You have to manually connect to an IP to play someone, which requires prior setting up. It's mostly used for solitaire battles, I believe, where a single person plays both decks. It's worth noting that Redshark is extremely minimalist as far as programming goes- you have to do everything yourself, from drawing cards, to manually discarding energies to retreat. It's a pain in the ass, to be frank. If you're looking for a TCG version of Shoddy Battle, you're out of luck.

well i think pokémon tcg online is worth a look in just here

you get 4 decks out of the box and its pretty faithful to the original rules. you can do two player online battles and challenges and stuff. it lacks a community though. that sucks :disappoin

Just play RedShark and arrange battles like that, or make a group that wouldn't mind playing with a chatroom.

In Japan, they have a PC game that you can buy together with a Metagross/Leafeon Expert deck. I hope that Nintendo bring this game also out here!

You could always just use a messenger program and have your own deck in front of you, while your opponent plays with their deck in front of them. This works perfectly well for friendly quick matches. You know, so long as you trust your opponent not to cheat. But even so, if it's just a match to hang out and play, what's the point in cheating? Might as well have a fair match, just to see how well you hold up.

Of course, in tournaments and such, I guess this method wouldn't really be all that great. People would be a little more tempted to cheat in situations like that.

Either way, I'm up for a match over a messenger any time. *Nods some*
