4th Gen Pokemon that won't get released?

    I recently got a hacked Arceus, I have battled with it a couple of times, but it's hacked and I don't want a hacked Pokemon. But when I go to release it, it comes back and it says it's worried about me.... I don't know what to do. I'm looking to become a pro breeder, and I have released all hacked Pokemon I have except Arceus. Can someone fill me in on why this is happening? It loves me, and now I feel bad for wanting to release it.
     
    that happened to me once, with a weedle o.o try trading it. I'll give you a shiny cresselia for it.

    That happen to me once, They gave me a hacked Arceus. But I guess I'll just get hacked ones. (I traded that Arceus)
     
    Uh... I remember this happening in R/S/E to a LEGIT pokemon of mine... can't remember why, did it have an item attached?
     
    That used to happen to me in Emerald a lot...xD I have no idea why; I never released Pokemon I actually used. I'm pretty sure if you keep trying to release them, though, they'll eventually give up and go away. Not 100% positive, but I do think so.
     
    well if it likes you just make it hate you give it one of the items that hurt itand feed it the items from the herb shop
