Pokemon - The Haunted Island

Lance took Dylan's pokedex and shook his hand. Lance unlike the other members of the Elite four, was all about making new friends.
"It's nice to meet you Dylan, as it's a pleasure to meet all of you, so any more pokedex's? don't be shy" Lance laughs.
"Oh well Dylan, I was battling with lance, on my way to be the elite four champion when he got called away for this, to check out this island, or what the "archaeologists" found out about it, so I was stuck, without the Champions Title, and as well as that, I was a student under Agatha, while Lance was in his final year, so I got to see him around, and talk to him, never thought I would battle him but in the end I did, and one day he is going to re-pay me that battle in elite four stadium, so I can have a second shot at that Champions title" I explain blandly.
"Yes I will Kaine, but first we have to get to this legendary ghost pokemon, and maybe someone might catch it, though I doubt that, it scared five of the archaeologists, to death, they don't even have a name for it, it's just called death, for the moment at least..... Ah there you go Dylan, that's your pokedex Upgraded, I'll get to your's last ok kaine?" he asks tauntingly, I just nod in agreement, unbothered by him.
"Well it doens't bother me Lance because the next time I battle you I will win, and there wont be anyway for you to get out of it next time. and Shadow will whos you what he can do now." I say adamantly.
Shadow is listenign to some of the calls that the pokemon are making in the forest, some are recognisable, like mightyena, and Absol, but there are some he has never heard, nor have I, and it frightens me a little...
 
Dylan takes the pokedex back. "So Kaine check the pokedex on Shadow and see what it say". "Ohh and Lance I have a favor I wish to ask can you rate my pokemon team" said Dylan with a smile." Please it would be an honor to me if you would" said Dylan on his knees begging.
 
"I havn't got my pokedex back, Dylan why don't you check it out for me eh?" I ask simply.
"Sure Dylan I'll rate your team, I'll rate anyone's team, just send them outand I'll have a look ok?" Lance says in his lood obnoxious tone.
"Lance do you have to be so loud? and if you're going to rate people's teams at least finish with the pokedex's eh? it gets annoying when you go from one thing to another, you never stick to one thing or do you when I'm not looking?" I ask Lance tauntingly, but Lance just ignore's what I say.
"There you go again, not being able to accept when I'm right, just because you know I can beat you." I tease Lance, until i notice he's getting a little annoyed.
"Fine kaine, you want to prove you can beat me, then battle me right now, me and you, three on three as always, and we'll see if you are actually any better since school" Lance shouts.
"Finally now you're talking my Language, you go over by that...Gravestone, and i'll be over by the one, and we'll use proper stadium ruls ok?"
"Fine Kaine, but prepare to lose" Lance says confidently as he takes his place.
I just look blankly as I take my place.
((Will someone be lance for the time being? :P))

OOC: AH ok I'll try and get someone else to in your place, you do know you can challenge Lance aswell Superd188, and I do Control lance, but only because this is my RP, and he's a main thread character so yeah :P

Sorah glanced at Lance and the other two trainers. "Hmmm... come on Krad let's take a look around okay?." he nodded and left the others way behind in a few strides. Crimson flew ahead of them ans soared low as they came toward the dark forest. Krad grabbed Forge by the neck, Zelda jumped onto Sorah's shoulder, and Krad leapt onto Crimson's back. Sorah held Krad and Forge in her lap, Zero drifted close by and Botan relaxed on Crimson's head.
"See anything yet?" she yelled to them over the wind. A squeak came from the tiny spotted pink mouse. "No not yet..."

" No wait I want to challage him first for him to really rate my team in a double battle up to 4 pokemon" said Dylan eagerly
 
"Fine Dylan, but I can't use my main team for that, I have to save them for Kaine here, as I did challenge him first, and anyone can battle me if they want, there's no limit to it you know" Lance says teasingly to everyone.
"Fine Lance, just don't forget about me, ok?" I say angrily, and I scowl at Dylan, taking my chance to battle Lance at his strongest wasn't very fair, but who was I to moan?
"Anyway, I already know who'll win that battle" I say mockingly.
I was upset with Dylan, for challenging Lance, and Upset with Lance for accepting.
But there was nothing more I could do but watch...
((arghhh sorry for the delay, I live in a bad timezone :( and it's 3 minutes to two just now, and I have a meeting at school, so Super188 I'll continue when I get back.))

This is so cool, Kaine knows Lance THE Dragon Master. "Hey Kaine calm down, Lance did say he'll keep his main team for you." Aerion put a reassuring hand on Kaine's shoulder. "Hi Lance, I'm Aerion Satsuki, it's really an honor to meet you. Once you get the chance, can you please upgrade my pokedex as well?" She asks politely, adding a polite bow toward the Dragon Master.
 
"Hey kaine you know this girl? and of course I'll upgrade your pokedex that's basically what i'm here for" Lance smiles.
"Now am I going to battle Dylan or what? and she's right Kaine, I did say I would keep my main team for you, because well I actually don't need them to beat you but I'll let Kaine experience what my real team is like" Lance says tauntingly.
"Fine Lance just think what you want, but Shadow,shade,silverbane and jewel will show you differently, well three of them at least." I tease, knowing Shadow was holding the badge it would give me the edge.
I just smile at lance, although it's fake he knows what it means

Daniel was looking at the island.

"this...this is the isalnd from my dream" daniel wispered softly and he looked around with intrest as his evee sniffed the ground and looked around curiously and so did his hanuter. His haunter seemed most excited out of all his pokemon.Daniel smiled, well this island was ment to be for ghost pokemon so it was only natural. His hanuter was loving it and chanting and bouncing up and down. Daniel couldnt help but wonder about the island.
 
Crimson flew for a while before landing in a field. "There's hardly anything but dead trees here..." Krad jumped of Crimson's back and looked around. "Well if you wanted live trees you should go back to the forest!"Zelda growled sarcastically. Everyone had started walking except Botan. "Sorah! I don't like this place... it's scary..."

She hopped onto Sorah's shoulder and climed up to her head. Krad lead the way through the tall thick grass while Crimson watched behind them. "Hey Krad! Wait up bro." Forge caught up with the dissapearing wolf. They were getting farther and farther away."Forge! Krad! Come back!" she sighed and ran off after them.

"Yes lets" said Dylan holding out a pokeball. " I chose you Ice and Shade". The flash of light sent out a Coyster and a Gangar. "Just rember its a double battle and no one beats me" Dylan said putting goggles on. "Oh sorry Kanie but you have already had two battles and I have had zip" I hope you understand" said Dylan putting his hands back behind his head.
 
"OK then Dylan, and I wouldn't be so cocky if I were you, Lance isn't as weak as he looks" I laugh, as Lance begins to boil over.
"We'll just see about that Kaine, I'll show you, you're just cocky Kaine, practice what you preach." Lance retaliates, I fall speechless.
"Oh just get on with the battle eh" I say impatiently, looking at Lance, who showed no sign of worry, or of tactical thinking, but I knew it was there.
That was the thing with Lance, you could never tell when he was thinking, or when he was day-dreaming, he knew how to hide it, and he and his pokemon shared a strong link.
He was an awesome trainer, and not one of his pokemon was left out, he trained every single one personally.
"OK then I'll choose, Ampharos, and Salamence!" He shout's throwing to minature sphere's into the air which expand and in a flash of bright light, a Large blue dragon pokemon appears, and a yellow sheepish pokemon.
"So shall we begin, and as the challenger Dylan, you can make the first move." he says humbly

"Okay but you will regret that Ice you you Ice on that Salamance and Shade follow up with hypinois on Amprosh". The shell pokemon let out a blue beam witch head derectly for Salamance as well Shade went strat for Amprosh with his eyes getting wider.
 
"Ampharos counter with mist, and Salamence fly up out of the way of that ice beam, good plan Dylan, but I already know all the Ice type moves, and you're not about to win that easily, I already know dragon and flying type weaknesses, like I said you wont win that easily." Lance said unemotionally, he was impressed by dylans first tactice, but he did know how to counter it.
"Unlucky Dylan, keep at t you can beat him" I yell from the sidelines, looking at Lance, who was a bit milled off by my cheering of Dylan.
 
"Now Ice Aroua beam at Salamance Shade go into the shadows". A colorerful beam let into the mist as it headed for Salamance." Now shade" Dylan yelled. Shade appered on top of the Salamance and held on tight for the aroua beam hit. "Come on" whispered Dylan.
 
Sorah finally caught up with the boys. She stopped in front of Krad and glared at him. "What were you two thinking running off like that?" she was yelling at him, but he was just staring down. "Krad?" "Hello!" she waved her hands in front of his face, and he flinched. "Huh... you say something?" "Yes I said something! Jeez... what are you looking at that could make you ignore me?" He pointed down the hill and Sorah folowed his paw.

"Whoa..." Just ahead of them was a group of Poochyena and Mightyena. "Hey... you think they can talk?" she said glancing down at the wild pokemon. "Of course! We can all talk, some humans just don't want to listen. Zelda jumped off Sorah's shoulder to run ahead. "Come on Sis let's get a closer look!" Only Zelda was crazy enough to approach wild dark pokemon. But surprisingly Krad nodded too. "Come on Sorah." Yeah, It'll be fun!" "Zero said pushing her. "Well of course you won't mind! Your a ghost, they can't hurt you!" she argued, but still followed them to the strange herd.

"Ah dylan good move, yes you can hurt salamence, but you've completely forgotten about ampharos" Lance yells as Salamance takes the hit, but now the mist covers the whole field, Lances moves equals the playing field, no one can see anythign it's so dense.
"Even though it's dense, there are certain electrical moves that never miss no matter the conditions, like Ampharos use shock wace on Dylan's cloyster!" Lance yells and beams of lightening hit the playing field seaching for their target.
"Dylan get Cloyster to use protect" I yell, I wanted to see Lance beat by Dylan, but I was still doubting it for the moment.
