    [PokeCommunity.com] Pokemon the Park

[15:55] <Toujours> red do you wanna make a pokemon park with yoshi and I
    [15:55] <Toujours> I haven't told her yet
[15:55] <Toujours> but it's my new life mission
[15:55] <Toujours> to make a pokemon amusement park
    [15:55] <Toujours> like the one in 2005
    [15:55] <yoshiko> omg
    [15:55] <yoshiko> I'll so do that

So I was reminiscing over/mourning the 2005 Pokemon Park in Japan, and talking of course about how I'd make my own park and everyone would love it and what rides I'd have and what games etc etc. Then I thought that would be a great thread!

What attractions would you include in your own Pokemon-themed amusement park?

I'm listing mine up here haha.

Dragon Rage - The large roller coaster. While waiting in line, the place is decorated to look like a lakeshore, with video clips all the way up to the ride from "documentaries" and "new shows" warning that lately people have been provoking Gyarados and have suffered serious consequences, it's dangerous to provoke a Gyarados, they're naturally angry etc etc. The roller coaster cars are designed to look like a Gyarados, and it's one of those roller coasters that starts fast and stays fast the entire time. With a dip into a tunnel that makes it look like you're underwater and in danger of having a bunch of Gyarados gang up on you to add to the danger aspect.

Sealeo Shore - A wavepool for younger kids, featuring Spheal and Sealeo. Would have kickboard/floatie rentals featuring various water Pokemon and chairs on the edge of the water for parents to relax while their kids play.

Musketeer-y Go Round - Similar to the carousel above, but featuring the musketeers from B/W. Would also contain benches designed with Pokemon perching on top of them or on the armrests.

Haunted Gym - Similar to the haunted house, a Gym that you can walk through based on Ghost-type Pokemon that try to scare you as you walk through. Once you reach the end the Gym Leader comes out and he's a ghost too, and he tries to attack you but is stopped by a Dusknoir. :3

PokeBall Ferris Wheel - This one actually was at the original park but it's too perfect to not use. Each car is round like a PokeBall and painted to look like one, and the entire thing looks like one giant one as well.

Okay I have more but I wanna get this thread up so I'll probably post again later haha.

I am here to add some rides to this park!

    Mr. Mime's Mirror Mansion
    Name is self-explanatory

Can't think of any more I'll add some later maybe!

EDIT: Because Toujours asked me to explain the Trick Room:

    Psychic Type Trick Room
It's like those crazy houses with moving stairs and rotating floors and moving walls and all kinds of crazy stuff. Maybe it could be a maze...

I think a Tunnel of Love (done in the style of Pokemon like Jynx, Luvdisc, Alomomola, the Nidos, Volbeat and Illumise) would be a good addition to the Pokemon park

And all of the cars have to be blue except for one, which would be red.

There should be something called The Sky Drop, which is one of those rides that lifts you high up on the outside of a tower and then just drops you (safely, of course).

There should be bumper cars with different pokemon designs to them: Relicanth, Nidorino, Wobbuffet, Rampardos, or whatever.

^ Wobbuffet would be pretty cool for that considering its concept and movepool etc!

I know this isn't really an attraction and I'll probably edit this later when I come up with more but I'd have an Octillery Takoyaki stand! Takoyaki are little balls made of octopus.

Hahahah what about those games where you shoot a stream of water at the center of a circle to make something go up in a race, like this:

    Spoiler:

But the guns are Remoraid and the racing is like a Basculin because they're so fast haha.
