This is my first hack so it might not be too good.

Hack of: Leafgreen

Pokemon The Rebellion

Story: Team Rocket has taken over Kanto, they've stolen money, possesions and Pokemon off people. They murdered many who stood to fight and are currently attacking Johto. You decide it's time to take action, with the main bulk of the Rockets attacking Johto it's time to rebel against them, and avenge your farther who was one of the brave people who stood up to them. But team Rocket are everywhere. You have to go to thier eight bases (replacement for the gyms) to liberate the towns and find others like yourselves and battle your way to the mysterious new leader. However they after more than power and money as a Pokemon with powers to grant wishes emerges and the reigon looking worse than Orre already what's left to fight for?

Okay the rocket thing is a bit cliche...
I really want you to edit the story and add more to it.
Also, hack fire red. Leaf Green is too complicated and you won't complete it with leafgreen

What do you mean Leaf Green is too complicated? It's practically the same game as Fire Red with some slight offset differences.
And the rocket idea isn't that much of a cliché. I guess you're right in the sense that a lot of people try it but only two hacks come to mind that have actually carried out the idea beyond the initial stages (Rocket's Revenge (which was canceled) and Toxic Purple). Good luck with the idea :)

Hmmm... Your idea draws me to the conclusion of there will be alot of team ups(Double battles) and i like that :/

One thing you could probably look into is the begging of Diamond and pearl where you have to escort the girl through the forest, but if you run into wild pokemon, she'll double battle with you.

Or maybe you could have both the hero AND the heroine follow back to back, Kinda like "Mario and Luigi: Superstar Saga."

Ugh, I'm so tired my thoughts are scattered :S

Basically what I'm suggesting is this. Try to see if theres a system in which you can have a tag team partner throught the whole game. Or maybe just partially thorugh the game, Like if you fight jessie and james, script the heroine coming to intervene for a double battle. Things like that. And noww its bed timeee. ^_^

It sounds pretty interesting, but I'd firstly like to point out that you spelled fathers wrong in your first post.

Also, the storyline has a problem. Many people who stood up against them together failed. What makes the kid that you play have a chance? Is he like, insanely reckless?

Also, would you mind telling us how the gyms/bases are going to work? Do they all have a different type or do they use the generic stuff that Rocket Grunts use? (Rattata & Zubat)

The hero wants to try, and avenge his dad. The bases will have strong pokemon but no particular type

I'm still worried about leafgreen. There aren't many tools for it. I never said that I liked the bases idea instead of gyms ^_^
