Rom Info: Custom Sequel to Pokemon Fire Red.

The Story
After ``Red`` or ``Ash`` completed his adventure, a new region was discovered.
Creating more tales of Rare Pokemon, but those Pokemon, turned evil.
By the lord of Darkness, Darkrai! Red/Ash is now traveling to the peaceful
region, Risea, completely unaware of what waits him on his new adventure.

To tell you the truth I don't see anything against the rules but the story is a little boring and unoriginal. And I'm confused. You said no Sinnoh legendaries but you have some like DarkRai and Giratina.

Spoiler:

Well, you know the main character in Fire Red, when it ended, here comes the story. Red want to start a new adventure, so he takes a boat to the region of Risea.
But he left his Pokemon back in Kanto for a more ``New`` adventure. But, Darkrai wants to engulf the world in Darkness, and Giratina too. So they turned some legendaries to be evil.
Red starts on his new adventure now, and later, he discovers what Darkrai is plotting, actually, the entire world knows what he is plotting. so after the 5th badge, Darkrai tells Giratina to destroy Red,
because Darkrai knows he can stop the his plot.
Giratina then teleports Red to the Sinnoh Region, on New Moon Island, then, the first final battle starts, with Giratina! After the 8th bag, Darkrai starts to engulf the world in Darkness, then you find Darkrai. then, the battle with the TRUE final boss starts, Darkrai in level 45!

Now,its like you explained the whole story,and we lost our interest.And the name don't fit with story.Where is this 'apockalypse''?

Thats because he still isn't fully infected with Evil.

Spoiler:

Arceus is the first boss, you fight him to make the Infected Power vanish.
Also, it takes some time in the game before the good turns evil.
When Arceus gets infected with evil, disasters is striking the world.
And evil stars to go in Pokemon's heart.
When you defeat Arceus, the world temporary goes back to normal.
