... He's going to look for the Eevee, because there's 1 left. He's going to take the last Eevee, evolve it with one of the stones and go search for the others, and evolve them too I'm assuming.

Yes, as said above, increase your storyline. Try writing it down on some paper, and then type it on here. Maybe add a few other details about it. Besides that, good luck.

I don't know. Scrapbox is for ideas. You don't HAVE to have any percentage done if you want to put a thread up.

Not necassarily. more than 50% of hacks are closed while in the scrapbox and 20% of them were closed because they were truely undeveloped ideas. Also, if you want to keep that name, then I suggest Rainbow of shadows, because no offence (well actually, yes offence) that is one of the cheesiest names I have ever seen.
