Pokemon: The Toddler Playground

I would find statwise battles easier to do, because I'm not a very good descriptive writer... BUT, I enjoy attempting to be descriptive and stuff, so I vote for detailed battling. Though I agree with Wolflare when s/he said that it should be more about the story than the battling, unless of course, the battle is a big part of the storyline.
 
Okay I'll answer these:


- New region not known to the public.
- No all the hunters have been forced off by the aura guardians.
-They have been stolen then lost by the Pokemon Hunters.

Well, it looks as if I have been the only other person to vote and I voted for detailed battles, so it should be right.

Well, no, there will only be Pokemon. But, right atm not decided.
-How are you justifying the pokemon being dumped in the forest? If they were stolen then they would be sold/ kept not just dumped... you could have like boss fights with the kidnapper trying to capture the young pokemon back... just an idea
First, we are going to be placed in a secret base like place where grunts (Pokemon like, say Arbok are the grunts and such other "evil" Pokemon) are, then the toddlers make their way out of the hideout, to the forest, there they will meet the Wolf Pokemon. Soon, we will all journey through the forests, deserts and clashing with bosses, having breathtaking battles and such.
- Also I think the RP should start before the wolves are met (not a long time, just a bit before), I think writing about the chaos of a bunch of small scared pokemon would be interesting (and fun).
That is what happening. The beginning of the story with last a while with the toddlers story, after a few chapters, then the wolves would show up when they are in the woods.

Edit: Yes, sorry I said officially, I meant this is where the journey begins where they both meet up and all the members of the RP start their journey. The beginning is kind of like a prologue (is that how you spell it?). Why I said officially, is because the plot is about them journeying.
 
Hmm... you know me I'm a sucker for the flashy anime-style battling thats so prevalent in all of my RP's.

However, I will say it will be a little different to do it through a pokemon's eyes rather than a trainers. Could be interesting, or may be difficult... we'll see.

I can't wait for your posts in this goodies (yep I've jumped on the bandwagon :)). If this Munchlax is anything like James' in my RP, the thoughts going through his/her head will be well worth reading...
 
Okay this may be stupidity on my part... but if the RP is set in an all pokemon region... how were the baby pokemon stolen from a Daycare centre? Or is it like a pokemon equivalant of a daycare centre?
 
Well slls why else would I have a Munchlax lol. It shall be he utter same personality. lol. Yup the bandwagon's rolling good. And hopefully you will refer to me as Goodies when rating my posts.

You will be seeing foot long posts from me lol. Once I set my mind to doing a long post I don't stop until I do lol.

I don't know really there should be a huge forest. A lake and a cliff.
 
Well I think bonsly will have a slightly different personality than Ben's Bonsly in JR. :P It's one thing writing about a crying baby pokemon annoying the hell out of his trainer, it's another being that crying baby pokemon. Now I just need to work out what sort of personality Bonsly will have...

EDIT: Yes a cliff! A cliff is all important. Oh and a volcano! That's vital. :P

Look at the first post for a minute. There you will see that Nidoking and Nidoqueen are the mama and papa (soon, there will be an auntie and such). They run the daycare. Then, the grunts (evil) steal the Pokemon away, which they are going to be something like Mightyena, or Sharpedo, evil like Pokemon, or Arbok. I was thinking they could be apprentices to Darkrai?
 
Yeah I like the mountainous cold area... harsh climates + babies = bad...

How about a beach? Would make a nice change to Volcanoes and freezing mountains...
 
yes we shall have like a weird region with snowy parts firey parts and warm parts and rainy parts lol.
