I think it is this Beedrill Lover...

Vulpix is one of his favorite pokemon, but he uses a Lucario Avii to show that he also likes Lucario just as much as vulpix, and he ended up choosing riolu as his partner here...make sense???

but, hey I make mistakes in grammar too...we all do...
