Pokemon: The Tournament to Beat All Others. [PG-13]

Since the GM seems to have signed up, posted a few times and then gone away, I'd say it's fair to let you play this by choosing a new GM. I can't let you make a new thread though... that would be stealing his plot. But by all means, vote. Sir Snivy, if he comes back, should feel honored ^^
 
Haha we should probably also see if half the people that signed up even remember this exists...if some people are gone, I'm down for playing an extra character if need be

Perhaps we should vote for people that are willing, unless they have been given most, if not all, of the votes.

Also, for the characters that are already accepted, the new GM should be able to say that if they do not feel that the SU is up to their standards, they don't have to accept you and all of the spots that are already filled should be emptied. Since this is already going to be in such a disarray already, if others that were originally making an SU up wanted to be someone else before, then the two+ people can "fight" for that position by making the best SU. For newcomers (including myself XD), they can't "fight" for it. Alright? Or is that a bit too strange? XD

Personality:Vincent is what you call care free. Its his attitude that leads people to believe that he's lazy something Vincent would deny as being untrue. In Vincents own words he just hasn't found anything that hes passionate about and when he does he will be a dedicated person. This was one of the reasons Vincent became a trainer to try and become less of a lazy slacker and more of a passionate person

Bio: Vincent is and always will be a regular kid. He grew up with no special skills at all. He wasn't talented in sports and he wasn't a genius either he was just Vincent spending his days lying on the couch with no real aims or goals in sight. He started learning about pokemon as a hobby and eventually got really interested. Vinny thought that if he could become a pokemon trainer he would actually end up having something to aim for in life.

Appearance(I know its not listed but Vincent doesn't look like a grey blob): : Vincent is of medium height around 5' 7". He has short dark black hair modeled into a fauxhawk. He has bright brown eyes and is of a light skin tone skin. He wears a plain white shirt covered by a green sleeveless hoodie. He wears neatly fitted dark blue jeans and a silver necklace with a small ball shaped pendent arond his neck. Finishing his outfit are simple green and white sneakers.

I agree with Michaela, but let's not try to complicate things, or else people might get scared away from the RP. :D

I suggest we have everyone cast a vote for a GM, and make sure that anyone who doesn't want to be GM say so ahead of time. Let's make this quick and brief as well, and just get to the RP asap. :) I myself vote for Michaela. So I believe that's two vote to her, and one to brother Lucario, and one towards myself. Anyone else want to cast the vote?
 
I hope you dont mind if little old me butt in I was interested in this rp from the day it was posted but i didn't think that GM was really interested that much(obvious now since he's gone) but i think whoever wants to be GM should tell us what their plans are for the rp and try to organize it a bit.

But thats just me you can ignore me if you want.

And as for the story, I think he was planning on having the gym leaders and champion being active in trying to fight team ghost, a la the gym leaders in black and white taking an active part in fighting team plasma

hm, kinda messy isn't it. so will the gym leaders stay in their gyms or what?
 
Haha I guess...like, the most logical way to do it, I think, without it devolving into a chaotic mess would be if the gym leaders sat around twiddling their thumbs until the trainers came and fought them, at which point team ghost would *just happen* to make trouble and cause the gym leader to leave their gym to fight team ghost with the heroes, ad infinitum.

Off topic, that was an epic run on sentence, was it not? :)

yes, so maybe the gym leaders can stay in their gyms and wait for the trainers to challenge them and then something bad happens after they're done challenging the champion which is SuperVegeta right now so that way the whole RP will be much smoother and will not have any chaotic problems but it has the downside as the Gym leaders can't do much in the gyms and will have to wait for the trainers to come and battle them.

I already kinda planned for the champion to be all over the place, just like Lance and Cynthia, it makes sense, no?
 
Haha that about covers it! Not that I'm saying that's the only possible direction we could go in, I'm just throwing out ideas. The worst part about that plan is that it's unbelievably formulaic...although technically, Pokemon is a series *built* on formulaic, so I dunno...

i think that makes sense and it will help to groom the trainers a bit if they have to work to find the gym leaders then have to battle them and maybe before they battle the trainer might have to help the gym leader battle some team ghost people
