Hello there I have been playing PTCGO for about 2 days now, after 2 days the game doesnt load all the way then crashes, it leaves no message after the crash, I have windows 10, I have uninstalled then reinstalled 2 times now please help me thanks!

This happened to me once when there was an interruption in my internet connection while the game was loading. Turned out that the interruption corrupted a cache file, which didn't get removed when the game was uninstalled, so kept causing the same problem even when I re-installed the game. Once I located and deleted that file, I reinstalled the game, and everything worked just fine.

There is a page somewhere covering this exact problem with instructions on how to locate any stray files left behind when you uninstall the PCTGO, but unfortunately I can't remember how I found it, and I use a Mac so I can't just try to re-create the process and tell you how to do it. But I imagine if you change your settings to view hidden files, and run a search for anything with 'pokemon' or 'unity' in the name, you'll be able to find those leftover files.

I've posted the fix elsewhere before in here because this is a pretty common issue:

The majority of crash issues are resolved by doing a full uninstall. Unfortunately, the game does not always remove the all of its associated files when it is uninstalled. Reinstalling the game while those files are still present can create a conflict within the program and cause it to crash at launch.

Uninstall the game by going to your Windows Control Panel and selecting Programs and Features, selecting "Pokémon Trading Card Game Online" and choosing "Uninstall." Follow the prompts to completely remove the game. Next, follow these steps to ensure that no trace of the game's temporary files remain on your computer:

Go to the Programs and Features section your computer's Control Panel. Select the game and uninstall it.
Go to the directory where the game was installed. The default directory is C:\Users\[your user name]\AppData.
The game stores files in the following folders: LocalLow, Roaming, Unity
Go into the LocalLow folder and delete the "The Pok_mon Company International" folder.
Go into the Roaming folder and delete the "Pokemon Trading Card Game Online" folder.
    Delete the "Unity" folder.
    Empty your Recycle Bin.

Once you've completed this process, grab the latest installer from www.pokemontcg.com/download and reinstall the game. As mentioned above, there is a high likelihood that this will resolve your crashing issue.

Please note that AppData is a hidden folder by default.
