The best thing I could offer is a lvl 1 Swablu holding a TM and with egg move Double Team.

I have 10th aniv latias UT. Im not sure the nature but yeah I got it. I want a celebi for it. :) I can give you like a shiny pachi (I have a lot) that I chaned by myself just cause im nice ;) but in return i wan't a battle >=)
