Pokemon: Trainer Academy

Raine smiled looking over at Nathan "Hey...um.." she stopped trying to figure out how to ask him a simple question "Nathan... I was wondering if you wanted to be my...fr...frien...friend" she finally managed to get out shyly this obviously being her first time asking someone that question.
 
Nathan turned his head towards Raine and smiled. "Of course!" Nathan eyes glittering with happiness!
The tears of Nathan's dried. Nathan was happy. He made some friends and was enjoy soup with his best mates. Mel, Raine, Skarmory, Swablu, Trapinch and Steven. However, Nathan hadn't forgot about a battle he wanted to have. I wonder if Mel was ready. Probably not. Hrmm he already had abattle with Steven, wat about one with Raine? Maybe she was too sad to. But a battle could be good for her; take her mind off things and maybe nathan could et he to build some self esteem with the battle he might have with her.

"Hmph" Nathn said. "I wonder who'll ask me?"

"thanks" Ryan said to the boy giving out soup. He then released duskull and eevee from their pokeballs to get a share of the food. "I hope no one notices your strange color wisp..." Ryan thought to himself as he divided the soup.
 
(I replied to Raine question in my second last post.) :)

"Hey, look at that eevee!" It's a different colour!" Nathan yelled. Nathan wasn't surprise so much about seeing a different coloured pokemon before. He caught a seviper which was different than the rest of it's species. "Don't worry." Nathan said to the boy. "I have a Seviper that an odd colour too." "I'll have to research this soon." "That is IF we get in in the first place." Said Nathan Sarcasticaly while laughing.

Ooc: wisp (dispite sounding ghostly) is Ryan's eevee :P

IC: "Oh, great! I was thinking something was wrong with him..." Ryan sighed with relief. "I'm Ryan by the way."
 
Nathan hugged Raine back inviting Mel too. he felt so warm inside, and happy that he made someone happy as well. A person that had been feling down for such a long time. "Really! Well you can't forget about Mel.' Nathan said. "But it's good to know that." Once they stopped Nathan replied to Ryan. "Hey Ryan, Nathan is the name." Nathan said smiling. Then Nathan Yelled. "SO GUYS WHAT HOUSES ARE YOU IN?"
 
(Okay night.)

"I am in Sub-Zero Articuno." Nathan said. "I thought you'd be in at least Lightning Zapdos! It's s ahme we aren't in the same form." "But we will still talk." Nathan said.

Nathan sighed. "I really want to battle." he said. "But it looks like no-one wants to.
 
"Cool!" Nathan replied. "Hey Ryan, would you mind if had a battle with you? I really want to test out my new combinations I have been working on plus the new pokemon I caught today deserves to battle." "Whadd'ya say?"
 
"sure!" Ryan exclaimed. His confidence started to grow, now he was in his element. "what type of battle do you want to have?"
 
"good good, alright lets go trapizon!" Ryan yelled as a porygon2 materialized in front of him. "I saw him with a swablu earlyer, I wonder what else he has on his team." Ryan briefly wondered.
 
"Let's go Trapinch!" Nathan yelled. As a ready-for-battle looking trapich materialised infront of him. "I'd like to make the first move, if you don't mind." Nathan's face ensed and the smile was wiped of by pure concentration. "Trapinch use Sandstorm and then Rockslide!" Trapich summoned a fierce sandstorm and a ragingin rockslide; now the rocks were flying everywhere, just like in his and Steven's battle. "Nooow to get you to saftey use dig." It seemed Nathan was using the same strategy as before!
 
"Trapizon quick use icebeam to stop those rocks, then use magnet rise!" Ryan Shouted at his pokemon. The porygon froze the rocks and they fell to the ground, he then magneticly rose off the ground protecting him from trapinch's dig.
 
"Trapinch jump up in the air away from the rocks!" Nathan yelled. "Now return!" Nathan drew out Trapinch's Poke'ball as it's red transparant shape flowed into it. "You'll b back soon Tranpich." Nathan said quietly. "Now go! Skarmory show them you're stuff." "Fly up and spin with Swords Dance and Fly towards Porygon with Steel Wing." Sakrmory spun at an incredible speed towards porygon and the ice rocks like a silver torpedo. At this rate if the steel wing hit the rocks would be shattered and porygon could suffer some damage!
 
"Trapizon! Dodge the skarmory and let 'em taste discharge!" Ryan franticly yelled to the biwildered pokemon. Porygon tried to dofge the speeding skarmory but was half blinded by all the rocks. Trapizon wa hit full force but was able to release a discharge befor fainting. "damn... You tried your best bud, return." Ryan said through gritted teeth. His confidence had taken a blow but he wasnt done yet. "Your turn boo, use wilo-wisp! Melt that tin can!" Duskull flew from behind Ryan and let out a firey wisp directy towards skarmory.
 
Even though Skarmory had knocked out Porygon, the discharge hit and Skarmory was effected by a terrible Parlysis. "Nice" said Nathan. "But I can't have that will-o-wisp hit Skarmory!" he yelled. "Skarmory use Air Slash and sent it blazing back! Lucky for Nathan Skarmory didn't take effect from parylsis at that moment, but he was sure it'd kick in soon. Nathan hands were tight and his face was sweaty. He noticed that the pokemon were battling with tons of energy; and seem very energetic; Wow that soup that Steven gave them must've been really healthy.
