    Hey people i am going to start a hack based on square enix's best game series to date, FINAL FANTASY, more specifically the compilation of final fantasy vii, i will need spriters and scripters.. i will be doing all the mapping and tile insertion however... yay me!
    STORY:
    You are cloud...3 years after the events of Advent Children..(the movie) Sephiroth has been cloned (again!!!) and he is formulating a plan to rid the cosmos of humans..and sail the universe on the planet....(he never get's tired of that one does he?)

    Features:
    Play as cloud (or zack *yay for resurrection*)
    No pokemon (replaced with human type things and monsters)
    new maps
    new scripts
    pop-culture references (youtube mainly)
    anything else i can be bothered with

    need:
    spriter
    scripter
    ideas
    support

    this is a complete overhaul so please don't complain when there are no pokemon....

    also...should i use fire red or ruby? hmmmmmmmmm..... i'm thinkin fire red.....

    As an idea it's always interesting (at least to me) to see a mix between the FF and the Pokemon world (without the Pokemon, but with the concept), of course, it's not always easy to do.
    Hope you can get some support and help. But I guess you really need to be able to do everything by yourself, unless you find people interested in FF (I'm one, but I have my own business)
     
    yes i understand it will be hard... i really am in under my head aren't i... :p but i will be keeping going...
     
    ok sorry zel.... im quitting i havent gotten any support at all and now people are flat out refusing to reply to pm's... i ben waitin 2-3 weeks for replies... oh well maybe my inbox is broken :p i am however making a newer pokemon based hack and a thread will be posted soon... someone please close this thread
     
    If you have just been blanket sending people PMs as to whether they would like to help I'm not surprised- You have, I'm sorry to say very little content. Also if you wish to make a hack then you have to be decisive; choose which ROM you are going to hack and start, get some proofs of work up and maybe if you do a good job people will be interested. As you are quitting and beginning a new game take these things into consideration.
    Also, FF seems to my mind incompatible with Pokemon, but It's your call.
     
    ok ok i havent been blanket pm'ing i have asked a few peeps for help in the areas they specialize... and yeh i know i havent done much work and now it is quit... cuz of the whole ff poke incompatibility thing :p anyway it sure is taking a while for this thread tobe locked or closed.... some one pllease lock it!!!!
