Tyranitar I think. Tyranitar is a dark and ground Pok?mon, uses Earthquake or Hyper Beam on Houndoom.

Psychic doesn't beat steel
Ground beats steel

Actually aggron is Steel/Rock

Hmm Misdreavus VS Duskull? hmm good question since misdreavus could use destiny bond and would probaly be faster than duskull so I'll go with a draw well how about Sentret vs Rattata (both on level 5)?
 
Sentret seems stronger to me, not sure though as I'm not very good at Pok?mon stuff.
