4th Gen Pokemon VG Championship HG/SS Shiny Eevee?

    I've look for a thread on this and haven't found one, but if there is one already I'm sorry.

    So apparently the Pokemon Video Game Championship Tour is going to be giving away a shiny Eevee via wireless to those who come. It says only one per person, but does that really just mean one per cart?

    I can't go because of work, so I thought I'd give my DS and HG cart to my brother and he could get one for me. Has anyone been to this event yet? Are there like designated WiFi areas, and they make sure you only have one system/cart or is it just like a zone set aside and you just go over there and turn on your DS and take care of business?

    The instructions look the same to me as any other wireless event, and I've had no problem in the past getting a Pokemon on each of my carts if I could.
     
    I'm pretty sure that it is one per game and not per person since you get it via mystery gift.
     
    Yeah, it's going to be wireless I bet and seeing they're unlikely to be staring at everyone and keeping tabs and ensuring that you don't do it for other games by stalking you disguised as your friends or something... you'll probably be able to do it once each game you have rather than just once full stop. =P
