    In your opinion; what is the best synergy team that revolves around Pikachu for singles and doubles?
     
    I'll cut to the chase here: There isn't. Pikachu is a worse Raichu, and Raichu isn't something you build a team around. It can be a viable support mon with Fake Out and Feint, but can't be a core team member
