In the OP, Disolia stated that the rule doesn't apply when there are less then Pokemon remaining, but she didn't state a number, so I assume she meant less than ten.

10 is still a lot and it doesnt really make sense, so I'd sooner say 5 than 10, but ok, doesnt really matter.
