4th Gen pokemon wont obey

    hey i just got the first badge in platinum, but my level 12 traded drowzee won't obey me at all, why is that?
     
    The first badge doesn't cover Pokemon obeying, if I remember correctly. With no badges or 1 badge, you can only have them obey up to level 10. You'll need Eterna's badge to have them up to level 30.

    Yes, that's the second badge.
