Nope, untrue. I remember when someone used to own Bulbasaur.com but Nintendo threatened to sue them, so they had to give it to Nintendo. That happened to the Pokemon Top 50 as well. Pokemon World is a song by Nintendo, so if they really cared that much, then they could sue, but I doubt they would bother.

If you registered it, you own it. If Nintendo was to sue him, then they would have to sue every other pokemon site on the internet. Since they haven't been defending their right to every domain that has anything to do with their trademark for years, they have forfited their ability to sue for domains that have to do with pokemon.

Ya, Pokemon is copyrighted to them, but Pokemon-World isn't. As there is no space it is classed as one word in a domain. And Arcanine you are right. But i'm still going to look into it as Ala could be right to.. So many things -.-... O and thanks for the Props (Aracanine i'm a female lol).

And V-road.. WTF are you talking about.. Your site rocks and your template is awsome. So don't say you wish yours was as good as mine as yours is WAY BETTER. ^_^

Yeah it took awhile to put the whole template together as it use's includes and not just straight php/html. So i had to go threw all the pages and change certain things on it so it looked nicer and ran alot smoother than it did B4. I will put a old templates thing up there soon enough :P hehe
