About the Pikachu problem, what if you just resize the hero's ow to 32'32 and then make the pikachu sprite behind you?

This is quite good, i'd say. Though, from the side PIKACHU looks like it's shagging the players head.. What would happen if we choose to be a girl? Because it would be interesting to have a Girl forme of ash.. 'Would be very original.
 
That's a cool idea. I will definitely consider it. I need some help inserting a few things though. Anyone wanna help?
 
I think there is a script command to transform the players sprite, that might work, you could just change the players graphic to the sprite with pichu on it.
 
in your bugs i must say it does tht when u only have one pokemon in fr too so u didn't do anything wrong
 
Is there a script that would allow the player to start without Pika on his back but then after you get the pokeball you do?
 
Damn I started an epidemic. >.<
Well it looks alright, but the Pikachu on the backpack cuts down the colors and makes the sprite look awful.

This hack looks amazing! If you need a tester, I'd be willing to help, but I have a Mac, so if this is for Windows I can't help.

But I believe that it is beyond your ability's.
 
Oh well. I have emailed a few people, asking them to be alpha testers. The release date for Beta 1 is May 1!

Actually, it isn't impossible, but just very hard and very long to do I think... Not sure. Anyway, putting him on the hero's head looks a little weird, but it works.

No offense but you shouldn't judge people's abilities just based on, you know, their post count. I know the post obviously shows they wouldn't know how, but idk, it just bothers me. and it doesn't sound promising when you spell abilities right haha.

is best and most nice hack of pokemon yellow on gba,for me only....
 
I love Yellow remakes! This is the third time I saw one!

Yeah, the Pikachu thing on the back does look a bit wierd, so I might want to edit it. Good work, and I wish to be a beta tester!
