FireRed hack: Pokemon ???

Pokemon (No Name Yet =P)

Pokemon Ruby

Storyline:
You, the hero/heroine, move into a new town ... one of the only towns in the world that allow you, at age 16, to recieve your pokemon liscence. Some others are littleroot, pallet and newbark but they are extremely far away ... none the less thet arent inaccessible. Soon you start to realize that unexplinable things are happening and different worlds were colliding into eachother. Get ready to go on an adventure to try and set the different worlds back to the way they should be. Do you have what it takes?

All and any help will be both appreciated and welcome. Any and all criticism is also welcome and appreciated. As you can see im no good at spriting and i am having a hard time scripting so if people would like to help just let me know in the post or PM me. Thanks in advance =).

Rare starters? N00bish idea (no offense). Try to make alternate start (no saving Prof.)
and change starters to some quite rare, but not legendaries as you did. Try some Pokémon from other region, or by the story, Littleroot is far away,so try to give just one POKéMON. Choose one (I prefer Pikachu, and bit more high level - 7th or 8th.), and bit improve mapping. Then it will be pefect. And NO grass in the start, you can get into it and battle WITHOUT (?!) POKéMON. Try fences or something.

No offense, but you need to really work on your mapping. Also, having the legendary birds for starter Pokémon is not a good isea for one thing: Zapdos. Zapdos overpowers the other birds because of its electric moves. Your idea needs some fine-tuning.

Your mapping needs a lot of improvement and also legendary starters never make good starters.Improve mapping and for starters make new ones.Then it will be a quite good game ;)

as i said im not good at scrpiting so i cant change any of the events in the as of now. as for the legendary birds, i thought they would be good seeming as that past once that first patch of grass they would be facing lvl-9 and higher when theyre only on level 5 or 6 =P, plus they wont be seen anywhere else in the game. and can you guys kplease be a little more specific on what parts of my mapping have to be better??? thats hot one gets better right.

oh and that grass in the beginning does not have set values for pokemon to be in them its just for the look. there is no chance of a battle before reaching prof vince.

Your mappings good but from the pictures am i right saying its a little, symetric?
And as for the starters, have rare ones but not neccesarily powerful ones, because they tend to take the fun out of the game.
Maybe have different type pokemon like steel, psychic and ground because they seem a bit different to what everybody else is doing.
Anyway, if this turns out alright, this will be one really good hack!

work on tilesets and maps, you put cave ladders in grass, creepy
and put some un legendary pokemon as starters, dood random story(claps)

Well, I can tell that you are a starter, and for a starter this is very good. However, I don't suggest legendary starters. Maybe you could have pokemon with strong moves, but they don't need to be legendary. For example, You could have some cute little guys like aron, ralts, and diglett (using burny's types idea) but modify it so that they learn some of their best moves at earlier levels. So Aron could already know Magnitude, and Ralts could aready now future sight and Diglett could already know rock smash. Or something like that.

or what ever your new map country is called, like if it was... asdf

Let me take a look...
I remade it. Put your indoor map into the cave, I tried to copy it's stucture from outside. Try to also put some people. One easy trainerč and one e.g. old man with POKéMON. This is just 5-minute map made in AM. You have my permission to use it if you decide.

by the way i changed the starters to machop, mareep and dratini
dratinis first attack will be water gun
machops will be lowkick
mareeps will be thundershock
=)

Are you changing the gym leaders and their pokemon, because if your not, let mareep learn iron tail at a low level so it can defeat roxanne.
