Pokemons you think their stats don't fit their appearance

    I think many of you were surprised after seeing that some pokemons you thought were more attacking than defensive, were exactly what you didn't expected to. Usually these confusions ocurr after watching the anime, where you can see the pokemon in more realistic fights.

    I'll list some of the ones I was surprised:

    Blissey - Thought was useless and weak, but as a MASIVE SPECIAL WALL in the games.

    Pikachu - From the strongest in the game... Rather than some weak pokemon (without light ball)

    Eevee evolutions - They were small and by their appearance didn't thought they were that strong.

    Wobboffet - The most annoying pokemon ever. I thought I could kill him with 1 Crunch of my Lixray.

    Porygon - Thoughts: Due to be a virtual pokemon, he would be super fast. It wasn't.

    Sceptile - By his appearance and his cutting leaves, I didn't think he was more in special attacking than phisical attacking...

    Were you surprised as me in the stats of some pokemon?
     
    Shuckle, I guess. The pokemon you'd least expect to have the highest defense base stats.
     
    The only one I can think of is Blissey. I also thought it was pretty useless until I saw what it can do in competitive battling. I was the type of guy who likes running mostly offensive Pokemon so I never saw any real use for it which explains why I underestimate it.

    Seriously, I tried to take down Shuckle, Blissey, or even Wobboffet with one attack, but it backfired…
     
    Porygon2/Porygon-Z: Smoothness reduces drag, right? Then why is it so average in speed?

    Steelix: Big scary metal snake, with large, jagged metal teeth. Yet it has little in terms of offense.

    Wailord: It's immense size must make it a very powerful being. Then, why, can a pikachu that's not even a fourth of it's size KO it in one hit?

    Shuckle: Compare Shuckle's rock to pokemon who have dimond hard armor, and it's self explanitory.
