As Ruki walked she spotted a boy standing not far from her. She stopped again and looked at him then kept walking. She approached and smiled. "Hello. Not that it's any of my business but might I ask what you are doing here?"

"Oh, um... hi." Duc replied to the girl that he didn't notice. "I--I've been wandering around lately and I lost track of where I'm at, so I'm asking around" he said nervously. He noticed the same thing with this girl as well as the other two he had his eyes on. They're not human. Well, not completely anyway. Is everyone like this here? he thought. He hoped that they weren't hostile towards humans. Duc tried to make the atmosphere a little more confortable. "Anyways, my name's Duc. What brings you here?"

Ruki looked at the boy for a minute. He looked odd by her standards. "Oh I'm Ruki." She said realizing he had spoken. "And I'm on a journey really. Nothing specail. Are you from around here?" She asked curiously. She was so used to seeing morphs that in her book this boy was very odd indeed.

To gothsinn23: By all means, you may join! It's never too late!

Willis answered, "My name is Willis! Pleased to make your aquaintance!" He motioned his hand to her's.
"I noticed you have a special weapon," he said to her, noticing her staff. "Is it safe to say you are searching for the rumored power?"

Choosing to ignore the new arrival, Rey palmed his shuriken and continued walking. If nothing else, he refrained from attacking Shendra. As he moved on, the Dragonair morph's wing-like ears twitched slightly as he listened to the introduction conversation. Unconsciously, he continued to swing his thick tail from side to side.

"Pleased to meet you, Willis," I reply while shaking his hand. "Yes, I am looking for it. Such power must be kept out of the hands of those who would abuse it."

I turn toward the other male whose footsteps I could hear beside Willis'. "And what's your name, if you don't mind me asking?"

If we keep this pace, I think, we should meet up with the two people I hear a little further down the road.

As Raven was walking towards her destination, she could hear the soft murmur of voices nearby. She stopped behind them, listening to the conversation. She kept as hidden as possible. In front of her she could see pokemorphs just like her, but tried to remain silent. She watched the Dragonair-morph, Electrike-morph, and others as they engaged in conversation. It seems as though they were all looking for what she was looking for, but she wouldn't let them get in her way. She let out a low growl, and when she did, she quickly covered her mouth. Oh crap, she thought.

I hear some footsteps behind me, then a low growl. I flick the blade up on my staff and spin around towards where I heard it keeping my staff in a guarded position. "Did you hear that?" I ask Willis and whoever my silent companion is.

Raven felt the swoosh of air just above her ears where the Golduck-morph had swung her walking stick. She jumped out, and from instinct she took out her nunchaku. She kept her weapon out incase one of them would want to attack her.

"Stop fighting . . . you're wasting your own valuable time," Rey said, not bothering to glance toward the combatants. Then, after a pause, he added, "And my name's Rey." Afterward he fell silent, the once casual swing of his tail now slightly stiff and irate. However, no change in expression could be detected on his face.

"Who's fighting? I'm just on guard. Just like you with your weapon." I couldn't tell what kind of weapon Rey had, but, I could hear his fingers rubbing it. "Nice name by the way."

"Who goes there?" I raise my voice towards where I heard the growl.

"My name is Shendra." I flick the retractible blade back down as I motion toward my travelling companions. "This is Willis and Rey. I didn't mean to almost hit you. You just startled me when you growled." I sensed Ravana meant no harm, which is why I'd put the blade back in.

"Well it's nice to meet you Shendra. And the rest of you," she said, looking behind Shendra to the others. "Oh, and don't worry about when you used your weapon, it's alright. I have that same instinct." Raven put her nunchaku away in her pocket.

"It seems I'm not going to be weary of being alone for quite a while with our party growing by the minute," I smile. "Come travel with us, Ravana. It is safer to travel in a group."
I address the whole group. "So, why is everyone else searching for this power?"

Oh, crap... Duc thought. He thought of the possibilty that the green-skin gal could attack him if he gave the wrong answer.

Calming himself down, he answered. "Uh... no, I don't think I'm around from here." Hoping she was understanding, he also added "In fact, I really don't know where I am now!" He laughed a little, still trying to lighten the mood. At the same time, he was somewhat cautious about everything around him, just in case. He did notice the group he saw grew to four and was walking towards him.

He then thought random thoughts... I wonder if these guys know Ash...

"Thanks, I guess I'll travel with you all. I feel safer in a group." Then Raven heard Shendra's question. "I am searching for this power because I am very curious about its use. And I just wanted to get away from the noisyness of my home." Raven wagged her tail slightly back and forth.

After re-attaching his shuriken to his belt, Rey placed his hands behind his head and stared skyward. "No reason . . . none of relevance, in any case," he responded, his silver eyes emotionless and cold. By this point he seemed to have regained his lost composure--the movements of his tail now aimless and relaxed as before. Though he appeared to ignore the others, he listened carefully to whatever responses they might give.

"You mean, none you wish to share with strangers." I smiled softly. "I respect your privacy," I said bowing, "I didn't mean to be nosy." I sense by the tone of his voice, Rey was the private type, and don't want to push.

OOC: Ha ha! A lot can happen in one night! Thanks, but I need to catch up!

"So now that we have our own little party," Willis started, "we should have more luck, searching for the same power." But seeing that everyone has a weapon, he changed his tone and said, "But what if we were the last ones to be searching? We would be battling each other!" He paused after saying this remark.
