---------->>PLOT<<
Time has called them forth...
Take a stand...fight...
ONLY ROOM FOR ONE MORE RPer. MUST BE A SPECIALIST!!! NO EXCEPTIONS!!!
The world is inhabited by fantastic creatures with odd powers. These creatures, called Pokemon, have been on the planet for many millenia. When humans first came to rise, they bonded with these fantastic creatures with ease. However, with the discovery of the Pokemon Dialga and Palkia in 2022, humans began to show a sense of fear to the Pokemon.
This fear was born with the Great Attack of Neo Vexa. Neo Vexa was the home to one of the largest Pokemon storage facilities in the world, attributing at least 40% of the world's Pokemon export and import. When a fire broke out in the western wing of the facility, known as InterEarth Pokemon Transport, workers quickly rushed to the scene. They were astonished to see two ratherlarge Pokemon fighting each other. Bursts of energy rang througout the halls, striking each and every person. When the battle reached its peak, the two Pokemon sent out two devastating attacks: Dialga, the Pokemon of time, sent out a devastating Roar of Time to counter Palkia, the Pokemon of Space's Spacial Rend. The two awesome powers collided, sending a massive wave of energy throughout the world. The facility burst into flames, and was burnt to ruins, which it stands today.
The government of Neo Vexa sent out a massive manhunt for Dialga and Palkia, however, they failed greatly, underestimating the power of these great Pokemon. Since then, Pokemon have been regarded as dangerous and are forced to be either eliminated or taken to a containment facility on a remote island in the middle of the ocean.
The great burst of energy that traversed the world changed the planet in many ways. For one, much of the planet was left in ruins. Second, humans were changed...greatly. Some humans acquired the power to use abilities similar to those like the Pokemon. However, lastly, some humans acquired the ability to transform completely into Pokemon. These special humans are called Pokemorphs. Those that are only able to use Pokemon attacks are known as Specialists.
When word got out of Pokemorphs and Specialists, the government of Neo Vexa quickly sent out a manhunt for these special beings as well. Over three million Pokemorphs and Specialists were captured and detained. Critical and dangerous tests were ran on these subjects and still are today.
The government of Neo Vexa has gotten out of hand. In 2031, they seized control of the major countries of the world, becoming self-proclaimed world leader. Neo Vexa issued orders to either eliminate or capture Pokemorphs, Pokemon, and Specialists and bring them to containment facilities for testing.
The cause of all this trouble is, ironically, a Pokemorph known as Lord Regime. It is rumored that he has the ability to turn into any Pokemon he desires. It is also believed that he ordered the capture of all Pokemorphs, Specialists, and Pokemon in order to become the strongest individual on the planet.
Your task, as a Pokemorph or Specialist, is to stop the world rampage of Lord Regime and set the world free. Beware, however, that there are many...experiments...standing in your way. There are also highly trained SpecOp officials, trained in taking down Pokemon, Pokemorph, and Specialist alike. Take caution when approaching them.
The world needs your help. Release the binds of evil and set the world free.
---------->>SYNOPSIS<<
You, as either a Pokemorph or a Specialist, are to take down Lord Regime by any means necessary. Beware as he is rumored to be a Pokemorph. He also has special protective forces he calls the Royals at his disposal. They operate in secrecy, and taking one down is believe impossible. Use caution.
You can fly solo or work as a group. Going solo is not recommended, but it will suffice.
---------->>RULES<<
Later on in the RP, I will assume control of all characters and halt all RPing for the time being. Most likely, this will happen during the end when we reach the point to take on Lord Regime. NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO MAKE A POST BATTLING LORD REGIME. You may, however, make posts about battling the Royals, Lord Regime's personal SpecOp officers. They have Pokemorph powers as well and are very dangerous.
You can sign up as either a Pokemorph or a Specialist. Later on in the RP, Specialists will be given the chance to gain the ability to morph into a Pokemon that most fits their powers. Therefore, try to make your powers work in conjunction. Try not to have contrasting powers in your movepool (ie Fire and Water).

DUKE WESLEY'S SIGN-UP SHEET
Name: Duke Wesley
Age: 17
Gender: Male
Personality: Duke Wesley is a skilled Pokemorph. He is loyal to a fault, although that doesn't necessarily need to be a bad thing. He is quite knowledgable about everything around them, and friends consider him a 'jack-of-all-trades'. He is a generally nice person, although he makes snide remarks at time, which misleads people into thinking that he's sarcastic most of the time. When he speaks his mind, beware of the truth: he doesn't lie most of the time, but he speaks the truth about everything. He is a fierce fighter, capable of manipulating the field to better adapt himself. When faced with a foe, he will not quit fighting unless the enemy begs for mercy, making him a formidable foe.
Appearance:
History: Duke Wesley was born in Vermillion City, Kanto. His mother, Kaila Wesley, was a famous Pokemon Coordinator that won first place in all contests her first time as coordinator. She then went on to become a Coordinator teacher, where she ran a school for Pokemon contests. His father, Nigel Callahan, was the former champion of Hoenn before...the incident.
After the Great Attack of Neo Vexas, Sinnoh, Nigel Callahan quit his job as Champion in order to protect his family. After the wave of energy surged around the world, Nigel Callahan was transformed into a Pokemorph. He was able to morph into a Metagross, and a powerful one at that. Duke's mother was transformed into a Fire Specialist.
However, the peace and tranquility at the Wesley household did not last forever. Duke was taken by the Royals, Lord Regime's self-appointed world military. Duke was taken to a laboratory in Cinnabar Island where multiple tests were taken on him. After rigorous testing and experiments, the scientists at Cinnabar ran their most crucial experiment: creating a Pokemorph. They compiled the DNA of multiple Pokemon onto Duke's DNA, then bombarded him with gamma rays. The result was fantastic: Duke Wesley, the first artificial Pokemorph, was able to morph into any Pokemon he desired. After the tests proved successful, the scientests ran the same experiment on Lord Regime, enabling the same abilities.
After being released from Cinnabar into the world, Duke Wesley learned of his ability. He morphed into any Pokemon he desired, living a life of crime for a few months. He then met a Specialist named Quincy White who corrected him of his ways. Quincy White was one of the best Specialists in the world, capable of using 10 attacks. Quincy taught Duke how to channel powers from his Pokemorph forms into his human form. Duke successfully became a Specialist as well, capable of using nine attacks.
Duke then lived with Quincy for a while, planning to overthrow Lord Regime. However, Duke knew he needed help, so he needed a powerful Pokemorph or Specialist in order to do the job. He journies with Quincy searching for the Pokemorph or Specialist powerful enough to hold off Lord Regime.
Pokemon form: Duke Wesley is capable of morphing into any Pokemon he desires, just like Lord Regime. However, where Lord Regime can transform without limit, multiple transformations for Duke decrease his energy, making the transformations weaker and weaker the more he does it. His preferred form is Lucario, however.
Powers outside of morph: Duke is a specialist capable of using nine attacks. These attacks are:

Powers outside of morph: Duke is a specialist capable of using nine attacks. These attacks are:
- Recover- Using this move will fully recover any damage Duke has taken. However, he cannot use it over and over because the effect will diminish.
- Bullet Punch- He often uses this attack in conjunction with Extremespeed. Using the power from this attack combined with the speed from Extremespeed causes immense damage to the opponent.
- Psychic- Duke uses this attack to get ranged damage on his opponent. He also uses this attack in various ways, such as moving obstacles and such.
- Outrage- This all-out attack drains much of Duke's energy. However, it doesn't drain as much as Psycho Boost.
- Psycho Boost- This all-out attack is a more powerful form of Psychic. It drains most of Duke's energy to the point where he must rest for several days after using it. A last resort attack.
- Extremespeed- When used in conjunction with his other attacks, the speed and power from this attack will add more power to his other attacks. He often uses this attack with Bullet Punch, Outrage, Aura Sphere, and Thunder. He uses it with Thunder to gain height and velocity.
- Aura Sphere- Duke gathers aura in his hands, then fires it at the foe. When using it in conjunction with Extremespeed, Duke can crush the aura directly into his foe.
- Flamethrower- Duke blows flames from his mouth at the foe. It has limited range but a lot of power.
- Thunder- Duke sends a massive thunderbolt from the sky on his opponent. While it has limited range when he is on the ground, using Extremespeed will increase range and velocity because of the height the thunderbolt will travel.
