Extremespeed - Like I said, its basically a super version of quick attack.

Hmm what begins with a "r?" Oh, I know. Roar - Basically lets you escape from a wild battle or switches out the opposing pokemon. Not very useful in my opinion/

Recover- A move that I just saw I had taught my Latias!

Next up is Rock Smash - A surprisingly weak attack that usually lowers the opponent's pokemon defense by one stage.

Hey wait a sec, there isn't a move called Karate Kick! Is there? I assume you meant Karate Chop, so I will then say Psybeam. A decent psychic attack that may confuse the opponent, its one of my old favorite moves too:P.
