That is pretty epic. :D I didn't think a Magikarp had that much potential. o_OI think basically any Pokemon can be 'decent' if they are trained right. I mean, with methods like F.E.A.R, it really shows that many weak Pokemon (such as Rattata) can be a brutal killer/ defeat much stronger Pokemon :P. Sure, there are some Pokemon which may be hard to be made into brutal killers (Sunkern, Magikarp, Weedle, Caterpie) but again, sometimes it is possible (Points to quote. :P) This influences me to train up one of the weaker Pokemon XD

i don't like the idea and i only did it once to a togapi just because my friendship didn't do so well or was it happiny i font remember

It's called Pie:

Phanphy@Focus Sash
Whatever Nature
No EV's
--Endeavor
--IceShard
--Nothing
--Nothing

Sure it's gimped by Extremespeed like moves/sandstorm/hail, but it's very fun to use...

Phanpy is immune to Sandstorm.

Many Pokemon can achieve FEAR, including Kangaskhan, Poliwrath, Zangoose, Sceptile, Togekiss, Shaymin, Infernape, etc.
(Of course, Sceptile, Togekiss, and Infernape can't be obtained at level 1, but their pre-evolved forms can also FEAR; Poliwag and Poliwhirl cannot FEAR)
edit Also, a full list here: https://bulbapedia.bulbagarden.net/wiki/FEAR

The strategy mentioned in the first post means nothing unless the Pokemon has adequate HP, Defense, and/or Special Defense, enough to take at least one hit from the kings of the OU. Unfortunately, 60%~ of Pokemon do not.

Step 1: Give Sableye Wonder Guard
Step 2: ????
Step 3: Profit!

Though of course, this would cause people to start packing Foresight (hah!).

I stand by my previous statement. IMO, Kecleon is one of if not the best cleaner in the UU metagame and one of the best cleaners period.

Feh, UU. It's like ordering elementary school kids to slap each other, while at the same time directly behind you there are dragons waiting for your order to blast each other. XD

Well, it's just a different metagame altogether. That's the whole point of tiers.
I'd seriously consider moving Kecleon to Borderline due to my success with it in battles with some OUs (Milotic, Tyranitar, Gyarados and Salamences weren't too difficult for it).

Plus it's just my bias for cool-looking pokes too.
