The PokeRUS virus, why would they put that in the game anyway?

and they also make you think:*hey look that tentacool has a grey gem!!It's shiny!!!!*
pokeRUS is much rarer than shineys, though.

Exactly how rare is Pokerus? Is it really more rare than a shiny?

well,the appearence of a shiney is less oftain then pokeRUS pokemon,so I don't really know.edit:I did not see a shiney I was just being hypothetical.

I think the appearing rate of a pokemon catching PokeRUS is a lot more than finding shiny pokemon, because I have about 10 to 20 pokemon infected with PokeRUS...

I got a Yanma and it did nothing to my Pokemon at all. I think it's uncommon.

Ive been playing pokemon games sence red and blue came out and I'm yet to get pokerus....

I found out that a Xatu that a man traded to me in Crystal (called Paul) had a pokeRUS! Strange, I never battled any battles with that pokemon.
