    Poke'rus. A mysterious disease that works like steroids on your pokemon. The question?

    HOW DO YOU GET IT?! ;-;
    I've been running around for 260+ hours on Diamond, and I've never seen it once!

    It's entirely based on luck, sadly...just like finding a Shiny. You can run around for days battling wild Pokemon and never get it. I should know, since I never got it before D/P.

    Alternatively, you can trade somebody for an infected Pokemon and just work from there.

    I have no idea, I got it of the GTS. Its something to do with phscyially hiting another pokemon in battle or something. X)

    Like Ichaste Pekoni said, its entirely based on luck.
    Its very rare, but not as rare as shiny.
    and i think you know if a pokemon has it when you catch it, because there should be a purple sign that says PKRS on it.

    x3 Your answer seems to be the best one. Thanks. Now i shall venture into the trade center to find a Poke'rus infected pokemon.

    Ive had gotten it on pokemon ive hatched. I have a level 1 Lapras i hatched that has it. I thought as long as you kept it in your party you could spread it.

    The ability to spread it goes away after midnight, but it still has the effect. Keeping it in a box, however, will keep the ability to spread forever.
