nurse joy said that one of my pokes has got pokerus but how do i check which one

Tell your Pokemon to open their mouths wide and stick a popsicle stick in there.
I'm not sure what you do next.

Open your Pokemon info window-thingy, where you see their Ability, where you met, its item, etc. and look for the purple box underneath the sprite that says it has Pokerus -___-

Their is a Violet status symbol that reads PKRS

And remeber, Pokerus is good because it doubles your EV points (refer to someone else wha the **** is EVs.

when you look in summery under any of your pkmn it will have a word in purple that says PKRS

Check it's status and it should say PKRS,it only lasts 24 hours so instead of that there might be a little smiley face (not kidding) in the status showing that it's resistant to pokerus

but if you put the pokemon in the pc, it doesn't go away. It only lasts 24 hours if it's in your party.
