This move-set is nothing special. I'm wondering if anyone else has something more strategic.

You can always try a Toxistaller:
Porygon2 @ Leftovers
Nature: Modest
EV: 252 HP, 129 Def, 129 Sp Def
Conversion2
Toxic
Protect
Ice Beam

Conversion2 to give you some extra protection, while you stall and Toxic away.

Meh same moves but have psychic over thunderbolt
U may want to use toothache's moveset but i like it as an attacker........

I'd have Recover and T-bolt over Conversion 2 and Protect, true it's standard but still.

Keep the original set. It is standard and predictable, but it's the most useful thing you'll find. The most flexibility you can get out of it is getting psychic instead of one of the moves.
