The title says it all. What errors/faults have you noticed in the anime?

Some of them that I have noticed are:
    - In one of the early episodes of the Diamond/Pearl series, when Team Rocket are running this "Gym", Croagunk is able to hit Scizor with moves such as Poison Sting and Poison Jab, when Poison type moves can't affect Steel type Pokemon.

    - The episode where Dawn wins her first ribbon, Dawn wins the first appeal battle and the MC announces that she moves onto the final round, when she is supposed to go through one more appeal battle before the final round, which a quick scene is shown afterwards.

I was watching the Kanto Grand Festival recently and noticed Drew's eyes were blue in one scene

Episode DP001 when Dawn/Hikari is imagining participating in a contest. The scene before and after she was twirling around, it is clear that she is not wearing her boots, while the scene during clearly shows she was wearing her pink boots.

Episode 287: A Bite to Remember

May checks her Pokedex to see what Torchic evolves into and even though she didn't say anything, the Pokedex knew what Pokemon she was looking for.

I can't remember the exact episode number, but in one of the AG episodes, Officer Jenny had her Growlithe use Flamethrower to burst Team Rocket's balloon, and she called it 'Arcanine'.

So it came out as -she looks at her Growlithe- "Arcanine, use Flamethrower!"

    :/

I bet multiple fans facepalm whenever they happen to catch that episode.

Well, actually, it was an Indigo League episode (I believe that it was the one where Ash fought either Pebblestone or Feisher.

The moves don't really seem like errors. I mean, tail whip actually whips them, and whatnot. Lots of moves do something different than their game counterpart.

I never really noticed any mistakes :P

    /facepalm

You don't talk to them. They're electronic encyclopaedias; you press buttons.

It mainly just goes off by itself really, you just point it at the Pokemon and it comes up. How often do we see them actually clicking buttons? Haha

I was going by what Jorah said, but there was no Combusken around to point it at. It appeared without her mentioning any of her thoughts about wondering what Torchic evolved into.

    Super error: pokegods.
There are too many god Pokemon.
And there background story's/powers conflict with the other god Pokemon's

    does this bother anyone else?

In one of the movies, I think its the first, This dude challenged Ash with three PKMN, and Pikachu beat them all, when one was a Golem, which Thunder attacks can't damage (Pikachu used Thunder to KO them) xD

i remember an episode where it was meowth and pikachu were stuck together and they were being chased by a rhydon. pikachu thunderbolt'd the rhydon on its horn...or mouth i believe and it was able to OHKO it. frickin uberchu
