4th Gen Possible Pokégear features

So question. Do you see the new poke-gear to have a Silph Co S or a camera?

I honestly see it as a camera for DSi functions. You guys?

I'm almost certain that's an "S". Both of them are also on a horizontal bar on top.

I would like the pokegear to have more features. I don't think the poketch is going to come back but maybe some of the features in it will add onto the pokegear.

It's hard to tell whether it is the old "S" symbol or the camera feature. Only time will tell, and better images too...

Well, i hope all features will return.. And I hope more features come.

I only like the Phone and the Map... I didn't like the radio too much because the sounds are not that good yet... Hope they can import realistic sound files there...

Yes I hope the Pokegear radio has some better tunes, ones that don't sound so...old.

With them adding in the radio back and the new DSi soundcard, then I wouldn't be surprised if you are allowed ot play your own music through the radio. I for one would love that if it were so, it would be pretty cool.

Kinda liked the old design, as the new one resembles a pokenav. Plus the colors are DP :P

But its not too bad, hopefully the screen stays green and the phone is still kept.

Wouldn't it be slick if you could use the mic with the phone feature? I would trip balls if they did that.

If that would happen that would be an awesome add-on to have. Wouldn't there have to be a limited amount of space on the radio though?

There shouldn't be any space problem, because it is all coming from a soundcard you plug into the DSi, something like what you take from your digital camera, and put into your printer, except this will play music instead.

I wonder if the pokegear will have a clock? If so that would be pretty cool.

Lets take a look at Pokegear's 2nd Gen Functions:
-Clock
-Map
-Cellphone
-Radio

The latter two have some importance to the storyline(Telling you about the Rocket Radio Tower Takeover and Waking Snorlax, respectivley)

I believe that all four of these funcions will return in HG/SS in one form or another, as the first two are pretty standard, and I already talked about the latter two.

Of course, there will most likely be new functions, too.

I honestly wouldn't be too surprised to see it coming if they take some Poke'tch apps and add them to the PokéGear. The clock is pretty essential though.

I wouldn't mind some of the poketch apps onto the pokegear. It'll actually be pretty cool to have the friendship checker in the pokegear.

If they add in the little feature for the Gear with Kecleon and changing the color of the touch screen then that I wouldn't be bothered with, because I liked the blue screen I had in DP.

Why the hell would the screen get color changes when it should be color itself? I mean there is a reason why we love it so. The map the radio the phone*shivers* ah the memories! I cannot wait for more apps to be included.

In DPPt, if you showed a girl a Kecleon she gives you an app that allows you to change the screen color of the Poke'tch other than just green, so i wouldn't mind having that again. Though, yes the many new possible things they can do with the new Gear is unimaginable...

No I meant why would the screen change colors when it should be like it always has been a color screen. Seriously they can't do to much besides add some apps and maybe something special for the DSi which is not a camera feature.

Well, like everyone else jumping on the bandwagon of "its a remake, things are supposed to change"

hell they might as well include the color changer for free, because something like that is too mediocre for a price of getting two rare pokemon :/
